The living room has new (2019) leather furniture, large flat-screen TV with DVD player and opens up to the private balcony where you will watch the most amazing sunsets and be lulled by the sound of the surf. The open floor plan makes this condo the perfect family time location. The dining area has a large table perfect for a memorable meal or game night. The full-sized, fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities making you feel right at home. the master bedroom also has direct Gulf views with a sliding glass door to access the balcony. It features a King size bed, ceiling fan, TV and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a step-in shower with new glass sliding doors and granite countertop. The second bedroom is on the East side of the condo and has a view of Intracoastal Waterway across the street. It features 2 Queen size beds, ceiling fan, and a TV. The 3rd bedroom also has an East window to Intracoastal and has 2 Twin beds and a ceiling fan (no TV). The condo has an inside washer and dryer for your convenience, FREE Long Distance to U.S. and Canada and FREE secure WiFi. There is an assigned parking space under the building (please let the rental manager know if you have an oversized vehicle), Heated Pool, Hot tub, Gas Grills.
