Sand Castle III 201 - GULFFRONT SPIRAL STAIRCASE!

This direct Gulf front three bedroom, two bathroom condo is the perfect getaway. The spiral staircase from your private balcony provides direct and easy access to the pool area and the beach. The master bedroom has direct Gulf front views with a separate sliding glass door to the balcony along with a king size bed, TV (cable), and ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds, ceiling fan and a TV (cable). The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower and there is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. The kitchen has plenty of space, tools and cookware to make great family meals. There are gas grills available just off the pool deck if you feel inclined to BBQ that are easy access with your personal spiral staircase. Outdoor dining on your large balcony is the perfect way to enjoy the amazing sunsets on the Gulf. The property has a heated swimming pool and hot tub and is just steps from the beach. Time to come in from the sun n' fun?

Excellent location!

We had a great stay, location was beautiful. Had a couple miinor issues but as soon as I told property managers they fixed them as soon as I said something. Thank you!!!

Needs updating

We recently stayed for 7 days. The location is perfect but the unit could really use some updating and cleaning. The couches were worn and seemed dirty. We ended up placing bedding over the couches. The stove had a burner that didn’t work. The bathtub is missing the plug. Thankfully our kids are old enough to take showers. The outdoor shades on the patio did not work. The floor is uneven throughout the condo and especially the kitchen. I would recommend this area but we would not stay in this particular unit again.

Wonderful condo!

Check in was very easy and staff was very friendly. Condo was clean and neat. Only 1 minor issue is that washing machine clanged very loudly whenever it was on a spin cycle…lol probably need a new one. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back

nice place

The condo was very nice and met our needs. downfall-place was not ready at 4:00pm check-in (new mattresses were being installed) children playing in hot tub - sign indicates no children under 13. Watched children under 13 play in hot tub from 2-6:30. This is no fault of property owner. Everything in condo worked. Awesome balcony view of beach. Spiral staircase from balcony onto pool deck was a nice added feature.

You were able to get into the condo on time but they were still setting up the beds for the first 18 minutes of your stay. Pros and cons

Pros-great oceanfront location, dedicated parking spot is essential and additional guest parking pass is a big plus, good wifi service Cons-unlike most VRBO rentals you have to check-in and out at the rental co. office, some rules not disclosed prior to rental, such as; no one under 13 in hot tub, no one wearing diapers in the pool, minimal items provided so bring your own garbage bags, TP, and all needed soaps, hot water runs out quickly, problem with ants in the twin bedroom which we reported but had to deal with ourselves (we did stay over a holiday).

Bonnie, Thank you for your review. We do have an office in Indian Rocks Beach that you must drive right by to get onto the island. It is not out of the way to stop by and sign in with us or to pick up your check in package from the late arrival box. We do send information about our condos having a starter pack of items like can liners, toilet paper and soap. In the same paperwork sent at the time of reservation and prior to arrival, we state the condos are self catering. We were closed on Thanksgiving but open on Friday after. We did not receive a call about ants until after hours on Friday and again Saturday morning. We sent someone out to take care of the ants on Saturday afternoon. We do hope you will stay with us again in the future. Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty
