This stunning home is located in an idyllic Miami location and exudes Coconut Grove charm! Casa Blanca is two incredible properties in one.

The main home is tucked behind beautifully landscaped grounds and a tall bamboo fence. The ground level (1st floor) features one bedroom with a queen bed plus bathroom, kitchen. The upper level (second floor) features a Master Bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. In the rear of the home, there is an independent cottage which features a secondary Master Bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom that features a sunken tub and separate shower.

Between both indoor areas, there are outdoor showers and private entertaining spaces.The post and beam architecture of this iconic 1925 artist retreat takes you back in time while the updated fixtures, modern amenities and screened in coral pool help ensure you enjoy the comfort of today.

PARKING: Free driveway parking for up to TWO vehicles. NO parking for additional cars or visitors.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, please inquire about pricing when booking. Availability will be confirmed closer to reservation date.

Main House:

Cottage:

Bungalow:
Bedroom 4: 2 FULL BEDS (1 BUNK BED OF 2 FULL BEDS) (Sleeps 4) – available by request only

Note: There are 2 bedrooms in the main house and a private master suite including a luxury bathroom in the cottage. The cottage is accessed via the outdoor pool/courtyard. In addition to these three bedrooms, there is an independent bungalow in the rear with a twin daybed w/trundle.

BATHROOMS: There are 3 bathrooms in this home.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is in the main house is on the ground level(1st floor) and is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, from oil and spices to top of the line gourmet amenities. It’s outfitted with a full stove/oven, all your cookware, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. There is a traditional drip style coffee pot and a toaster.

EXTRAS THAT YOU'LL LOVE:
High speed internet access; luxury bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; outdoor grill; outdoor seating; beach chairs; beach towels; beach umbrella; all available for your use.

DISCLAIMER: The entire property is smoke/vape free. No gatherings, parties, weddings, baby showers or birthdays allowed. This is an ideal home for a small group of adult family members/friends (no children under the age of 16 or pets allowed), in search of a lush retreat, while still minutes away from the trendy Coconut Grove “vibe." The privacy of this property and our guests is of the utmost importance and therefore the house rules lend themselves to that.

SAFETY DEVICES: There are several outdoor security cameras throughout the property. These are not monitored regularly.

THERE IS A $1000 FINE FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES. Any breach of the above, would be reason for removal from the property.
