Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and found everything you needed. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
We had a fantastic stay at this mountain condo in North Carolina. The location couldn’t have been better being so close to the ski slopes made everything incredibly convenient. It was so nice to get out early for skiing and easily come back to the condo to warm up and relax after a long day on the mountain. The condo itself was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. It had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the living area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We also loved the peaceful mountain setting and beautiful views. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoying the fresh mountain air was a great way to start the day.The host was very responsive and made the whole process easy with clear check-in and check-out instructions.Overall, this was the perfect place for a ski trip or just a mountain getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient mountain getaway near the slopes!

Thank you for your kind review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us at Grand Oaks B6. We would love to have you visit with us again if you are back in the High Country!
We had 2 families with young kids. The set up was great with the bunk rooms and the main bedroom had a closet big enough for a pack and play. Easy to get to and close to so many fun things for the kids! The indoor pool was a nice bonus on the rainy days.

Thank you for your review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. We would love to have you visit with us again if you are ever back in the area.
This condo exceeded our expectations with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was the perfect location for our family and grandparents to visit our firstborn at Appalachian State University. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck with direct view of Grandfather Mountain. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for our family meals. We enjoyed walks and the outdoor pool! I would love to come back again and stay Longer!
Long weekend visit. The home was very clean. It was close to main roads and 15-20 minutes from anything. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had an amazing view from the back porch of the trees and Grandfather Mountain. There were lots of amenities in the neighborhood. We all had comfortable beds. The roads might be a challenge in the winter but we were there in summer and had zero problems. But we cannot say enough about the countless little touches that made our stay so welcoming - the labels on the light switches, the “junk drawer” in the kitchen with anything you might need, the very clear instructions for locking doors and checking out, the book and board game collection, the elevator. I could go on. This was not a sterile condo. This was someone’s warm and welcoming home. The description really does not quite do it justice. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review, we love when our guests feel at home in our home! We would love to have you visit with us again if you are in the High Country!
We loved our stay. The owners have done an incredible job maintaining this wonderful home and have thought of everything. From the shoe scraper outside to the labels on each light switch. We felt welcome the moment we stepped through the door. It was spotless and so charming!! The location and views were perfect. The master bed even made us rethink our firm mattress at home. We WILL be buying the same one.
Quality decor, furniture, and linens topped off the spacious -yet- cozy layout. We had 6 people total (4 adults a 12 yo and a 7 yo) but it would have accommodated 3-4 more easily.
A Very short drive to App state for my daughters graduation. While here, we toured linnville caverns (about a 30 min drive) And enjoyed the alpine coaster (about 12 min drive). Hiked to linneville falls and cut our own Christmas tree on the way home at C and J tree farm. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great place to unwind at the end of each day. We loved being in the mountains but also close to things to do and places to eat. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
The only con was the water heater couldn’t keep up with ALL of us showering in the morning. By shower 3 or 4 it needed time to heat up. Nbd to stagger the schedule if you’re expecting it. I’d guess most cabins are the same. Don’t let this deter you from booking or you’ll miss out on a fantastic retreat! Truly wonderful!
Pleasantly surprised. The unit was outfitted as if it were not a rental. Exceeded expectation. Live the week stocked kitchen and upscale deck furniture.
