1st Floor: 3 bedrooms with quality bedding and dressing room (1 bed 140 + 1 sofa bed 140 and a bed 110) + desk, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet.

2nd Floor 1 parental suite of 35 square meters with a sleeping area of 160 dressing rooms + bathroom and wc

Nous avons passé une tres belle semaine dans cette maison tres propre, bien équipé et confortable. Tres bel accueil et disponibilité de la part de Celine et Sébastien. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Nous recommandons vivement pour un sejour de découverte du Périgord !

Tout à été parfait : la communication avec les hôtes, la maison fidèle à l'annonce et très bien équipée, le jardin avec sa piscine et son délicieux potager, le calme du quartier, la situation géographique... Bref, un sans faute pour nos vacances en Dordogne ! Nous recommandons chaudement.

Nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances à Périgueux. L'accueil de Anais était très bien. Elle nous a tout expliqué. La maison est tellement bien, vraiment tout est prévu pour passer des bonnes vacances. Je recommande vivement!

Superb trip

Fantastic house, great location. All the rooms are very well setup and facilities ensure your stay is very comfortable. Sebastian and Celine are lovely hosts and have given a lot of thought to what visitors to this beautiful area of France would like to do and see. De belles vacances dans une maison très agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjours dans cette charmante maison qui est spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. La maison offre tout le confort que l’on peut souhaiter en vacances : piscine, barbecue, plancha, terrasse ombragée, charmant jardin... La maison est située dans un quartier calme avec commerces de proximité et est assez proche du centre ville. Un grand merci à Sébastien pour son accueil et sa disponibilité pendant le séjours ainsi qu’a Céline pour le panier garni avec cadeaux pour les enfants! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour passer de belles vacances dans une région très agréable.

Excellent séjour à Périgueux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Périgueux. Le jardin avec piscine terrasse barbecue plancha, tomate et herbes du jardin est tout simplement merveilleux. Une très jolie cuisine avec verrière sur jardin parfait le tout ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec 1 salle d'eau/bain par étage. Quartier très calme et résidentiel à 5mn du centre ville en voiture. Toutes commoditées àpied dans le quartier.

Excellent séjour et belle maison, calme et reposante, à deux pas du centre ville

Accueil sympathique et très chaleureux des propriétaires, et très attentionné, avec un panier gourmand offert, rempli de produits régionaux. Très belle demeure avec de beaux volumes et de belles surfaces, bien entretenues et bien équipées, correspondant parfaitement à la description. La maison est idéalement située dans un quartier calme et reposant, avec toutes les commodités autour (boulangerie, boucherie/charcuterie, supermarché, etc.). A 2-3 min en voiture du centre ville de Périgueux, nous permettant de profiter pleinement des animations estivales en journée et en soirée. Endroit idéal pour se reposer, en centre ville, et aussi visiter cette belle région.
