Sejour familial

Grande maison, agreable pour un sejour a 2 familles. Bien equipee et tres bien situee a proximite du lac de Lacanau. Nous avons apprecie les terrains de tennis et les velos. L equipe d accueil est toujours disponible et reactive. Le proprietaire meme a distance est attentif au confort de ses vacanciers. Nous recommandons.

Agréable séjour au bord du lac de Lacanau

Maison spacieuse et très bien située près du lac de Lacanau. Déco un peu passée, mais toutes commodités. Superbe terrasse.

Great location in Lacanau

Excellent location close to lake, with plenty of outside space. We appreciated the access to bikes. Clean, comfortable and very good communication with local representative Anna. Only criticisms would be that kitchen is very small for that number of people, and that it would be helpful to specify in English on website that bedding is not included. It was clearly in the contract but we don't read French very well and we forgot to check.

Les literies sont d’époque Ainsi que la décoration. J’ai très mal dormi et les enfants aussi. Sinon la procédure d’accueil était ok.

Les 36 photos de la villa sur notre site permettent amplement de faire son choix de villégiature en connaissance de cause. Nous regrettons le retard de ce vacancier pour nous retourner le bail signé et qu'à son départ il ait omis de restituer le cadenas et les clés du tennis, pénalisant ainsi les vacanciers suivants.

better than the photos!

The house is nicer outside and inside than I'd imagined from the photos. Front yard is quite spacious, and the backyard too. Overall well equipped and in a great location. I really appreciated the bikes and the large drying rack outside. Very friendly host and agent on site, nice neighbors. Cleanliness was a 3/5 (I'm a bit picky about bathrooms and kitchens being really immaculate) and the kitchen is really small to cook for 10 guests. One blind in the living room was broken but it did not affect us at all as we were on the terrace most of the time.

Excellents contacts attentionnés et positifs avec cette vacancière qui nous a donné entière satisfaction. Un store annexe a effectivement été cassé lors du premier séjour de cette année qui n'a pas pu être réparé à temps, vu la saison et la charge des artisans. Nous continuerons a réserver le meilleur accueil possible pour nos futurs vacanciers, et espérons que tous apprécieront.
