Beautifully redone upscale Smart Home 1 mile from the campus of the University of Notre Dame and Eddy Street Commons. The home is freshly redone with new furniture, beds, appliances, Youtube TV, and Home Security system. It is the perfect place to stay for a weekend visit or a business trip. The home is located in a quiet older neighborhood and has rear parking access.

This home was freshly remodeled and has been furnished with new furniture and appliances. The home is kept very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. You can relax and unwind in the living room that is equipped with a 55in TV with over 20,000 movies to choose from. You will also feel safe and secure with access to use the home security system with your own personal code if you choose to do so. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable to ensure you get a great nights sleep! This place is the perfect place that is close to ND and downtown South Bend while also giving you all of the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay.

You can use pretty much all of the property with the exception of the basement.

The neighborhood is an up and coming neighborhood that is usually pretty quiet. It’s important to be respectful to the neighbors.

You can park in the back of the house if you have a vehicle. It is located right along the alleyway. It is a $6 uber to downtown and to ND campus.

Property was very walkable to ND campus, 30 minutes, close to Trader Joes and Eddy St. Very convenient for a football game. House furnishings was as advertised. The house was not as clean as expected though. Had to rewash dishes and silverware. Couch also needs cleaning. Owner was very communicative and hrlpful. Would rent again.

This place is great. It’s super close to Norte Dame and downtown. Totally enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be looking for this one when we come back. Owner is great communicator also.

Cozy and clean, this house is big enough for a family gathering! Close enough to Norte Dame and all the action. Property management was professional and prompt! We loved the first time and decided to book it again. Certainly a contender for another booking the next visit.

Very nice

Clean and comfortable home that worked perfect for the four of us who stayed. Close to ND campus and a park only a couple hundred yards away that we were able to take our daughter to.

Great little place.

Stayed at this property while visiting the area for a youth hockey tournament. Served us well. Had everything we needed and our stay was super comfortable. Matthew was always in contact and excellent to work with. No complaints here!

Weekend in S. Bend

Quick get-away to surprise my daughter for her birthday. Because we both have allergies it is much easier to have a kitchen at hand. Her and her roommates enjoyed the home-cooked meal and walkable location to ND. Home was clean well organized and provisioned. Communication was super smooth. Will keep on out list!

Nice game day rental close to campus

The house is clean and tastefully decorated, with 3 nice sized bedrooms and a small bathroom, as pictured in the photos. Coffee maker and coffee were provided. The linens were nice. The location is walkable to campus, and the house has a security system, which we appreciated. Checkin and checkout were easy. The hosts were responsive and checked in. We would stay here again on game day.

Nice place, no hassles.

Only issue was of my own doing and resolved within minutes. I didn’t read the upon arrival email all the way through and locked us out. Called and was inside. Very clean and open. Quiet, older, working class neighborhood. Parking in the rear was nice. Everything worked and there were plenty of utensils for cooking.

Perfect Location

Clean and simple home in an awesome location. We booked this for easy access during move-in weekend and it did not disappoint! Because we had to be there a few days earlier and wanted to stay for weekend events, this ended up being a fantastic find. One day our daughter even took a jog and came out to the house for breakfast with us and her younger siblings. There is a park very close by with multiple playgrounds as well. We have a family of 5 and used all 3 bedrooms and the sofa so it would have been great to have another bathroom but everyone agreed that we’d stay there again for location alone! Good comms with management, no issues!

Short walk to campus!

Went for a football weekend with friends and family. Just a 20-30 minute walk. To the stadium. Nice parking behind the place. So clean. There is a keurig and a toaster. Three queen beds were comfortable. 10 minute walk to the Trader Joe’s. Washer and drier were a bonus as well. The home is clean and a nice chatting living room space. The firealarm outside the bathroom was poor placement though and went off nonstop. The multiple Fabreeze plug ins were a bit much. All questions answered in 5 minutes! Would certainly stay here again. Thank you.

Nice house questionable neighborhood

The house itself is nice and the management group is very easy to work with. That being said the neighborhood was not what I expected. We had a 4 night stay booked and left and went to a hotel after 2 nights. There were people out drinking and walking up and down the street at night playing loud music. It was not comfortable for my family. The management group did have a security system on the house that they advised us to set at night which I appreciate. I just wish I had known that could be an issue before I booked.

Perfect South Bend Location

This property is clean, roomy & very comfortable. Great location in South Bend just a couple minutes to the Notre Dame campus. Tons of shopping & restaurants a short drive away. The owner is extremely responsive to any questions. We had no concers at all during our week long stay. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook & clean up. Nice appliances, everything works well. It has 3 good size, comfortable bedrooms. This house is spacious & has a great open concept. There are a ton of outlets for all your electronic devices. TV has a good selection of channels to select from. The driveway is in the back of the house off of the alley. It can be a tight sqeeze if you have a large vehicle. The security system is simple to use. It made us feel more secure as we're 2 women staying alone. All in all this a great property. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Modern and In a Great Location

The house is just like the pictures and there is actually a driveway behind the house that can park 2 cars. We spent a very short amount of time there just stopping to sleep, but the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of closet space and a dresser in each of the 3 bedrooms. It's in a nice, quiet location, convenient to Notre Dame.
