True ski on/ski off at the Sunrise Village in Killington! A short walk across the parking lot where you’ll clip in for a quick hop down to the Sunrise Triple Lift. That lift gives you immediate access to the Bear Mountain trails and lodge.

Enjoy the technology in our smart condo! Voice controlled lights/light colors, heat and music all through Alexa! There is a 50-inch flat smart tv with an Amazon Firestick and a newly installed surround sound system. Through the Firestick you can enjoy Prime, Netflix, HBO and Showtime movies or shows in high deff surround sound!! (along with several other channels). Alexa will play music through the Sonos and with Amazon Prime music, you can listen to just about anything you like. We also have high definition cable tv & high-speed Wi-Fi.

We have 2 brand new pull-out sofa beds in the living room, one is a queen size pull-out and the other is a full size pull-out installed in 4/2022. The living room has a gas fireplace looking out at beautiful mountain views through a big bay window. There is a covered balcony looking at the same mountain view and is accessible from the living room and bedroom. The condo can sleep up to 4. Purchased ULTRA comfortable memory foam mattresses for the pull-outs - queen size purchased 12/20 and the full size was purchased 4/22.

Brand new heated bathroom floor installed 11/21/21!

We put in a LUXURIOUSLY comfortable king size memory foam mattress (Jan 2019) in the bedroom with a wall mounted tv & Amazon firestick. You will even have mountain views from the bed.

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dish washer and a 3 pot crock pot. Also comes with plenty of dishware, cookware, CUTTING BOARDS, a combination Keurig coffee maker/K-cup machine and everything else you would need for a comfortable stay! 1 Full bathroom, jetted tub and a stacked washer/dryer.

Amenities include access to the best recreation center in Killington! Indoor/Outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub! Steam room, sauna, gym all included with your stay. Sunrise also provides snow shoes, cross country skiing and ice skating equipment at no extra charge. There is a restaurant and bar within walking distance or about a 30 second drive that is open on the weekends during ski season.

***The Sunrise lift needs to be running for most Sunrise Properties to be ski on/ski off. The lift may not be running early or late in the ski season, it is weather and condition dependent. *** Early season is roughly Nov-middle of Jan and late Season is roughly the beginning of April.

Do NOT use our counter tops as cutting boards. I can't believe I even have to write this but I do. We provide CUTTING BOARDS!

What a great vacation!! Perfect location, well appointed, cozy and comfortable. Really appreciated the 2 sofa beds, the fireplace, heated bathroom floor (!). Lawrence was very responsive, had great ideas for what to do in the area. We would absolutely love to return. Provided the sunrise trail is open, I could not imagine a better location.

Great condo

We had a great time skiing at Killington and staying in Lawrence’s place. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. He was very communicative, made check in and check out easy, and left us a bottle of wine and coffee as an extra treat. Note it is ski on ski off when the lift is running and there’s enough snow, but if not it is a quick shuttle ride to the bear lodge.

We had a great stay the condo was clean and decorated with ski life in mind especially the bathroom. Plenty of room for 3 adults and everything was very modernAnd hi tech! This condo was perfect for us and our teenage boys. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect. Super close to the sunrise lift and pool house. The property even had snowshoes, ice, skates, cross-country skis, and ski poles available to sign out, which was key for us because we forgot a set! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We rented units in Sunrise several times over the years. In mid season when the Sunrise lift is running it's simply the best access to the mountain. This unit has a number of thoughtful upgrades. The host was both proactive as well as prompt with all communications

This 1 bedroom was perfect for a dad daughter ski holiday weekend. The unit was exactly as described, and less than 100 feet from the Sunrise triple chair. Kitchen is fully stocked, nice entertainment system and very comfortable arrangements overall. Will stay again.

Peaceful Killington Hideaway

We had a great time here. We’ve been coming to Killington for over 2 decades and this is the first time we haven’t stayed at one of the hotels. This was an excellent alternative. Quiet, and just a great way to get out of the AZ heat! Great place and well equipped. Owners are very responsive and sincerely wants all guests to fully enjoy their home.

We had a great weekend skiing! The condo had everything you would need, was very clean and in a great location. Lawrence is an amazing host and has put a lot of love into this property - a well equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floors, easy to use Alexa driven technology, and ample seating in the living room. My wife and I are avid skiers and outdoor enthusiasts! We both love skiing and have been section hiking the Appalachian Trail for 15 years and have completed over 25% of the trail so far.

Why they chose this property

We loved this property from the moment we saw it! The mountain views are great, the biggest ski resort on the east coast is in our back yard and the amenities were the best out of all of the 15 or so properties that we looked during our search. It's also less than a 1 minute walk to the lift! :)

What makes this property unique

ski on/ski off. Indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, sauna, steam room, basically the best rec center in all of Killington. We have our a bar and restaurant at the Sunrise Cafe literally right around the corner from us. We have really cool technology in our condo, you can control so many different things through voice commands using Alexa and we have a brand new amazingly comfortable king size memory foam mattress along with brand new cookware. Also, we truly care about our guests having a great experience!
