The Woods Resort and Spa is a fabulous place to vacation in Killington.

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom renovated property is located off the Killington Access Road in 'The Woods Resort & Spa'. This is a 4 season home that can be enjoyed year round. Come enjoy fantastic Skiing, hiking, golf, mountain biking, tennis, swimming and spa treatments.

Just 4 miles from Ramshead, Snowshed and Killington Base Lodge parking lots. Restaurants, grocery stores and shops are minutes out the driveway.

We look forward to hosting families, couples, and friends who are looking for a comfortable place to stay. Our condo is not for the party crowd - we love a good party, it’s just not a good fit for the condo and neighbors.

Open to longer-term rentals for Spring, Summer and Fall. Will negotiate rates for longer term stays. Winter rentals will be limited to mid-week and February breaks.

Well behaved pets will be considered. Must be non-shedding, hypoallergenic and house trained. No pets on furniture. Same rules apply to us.

Killington Resort offers mountain biking trails for all abilities, zip lines and a free fall jump tower for the dare devils and more in the Adventure center. Hike Vermont's Long Trail or branch off on to the Appalachian Trail and discover amazing views and waterfalls. Rent a Kayak and spend a bucolic day on Kent Pond or go river tubing on the White River. History buffs can enjoy visiting many Revolutionary battlefields as well as taking a trip to The Calvin Coolidge Homestead and Library in Plymouth, VT just 15 minutes from Killington. Woodstock, the quintessential Vermont town, is home to the Billings Farm and Museum and the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park. Vermont's best public golf course, Green Mountain National Golf Course, is located right here Killington as well as the very challenging Killington Golf Course.
