This property is located in a quiet section of the village of Edgartown. The entire village and all its shops, restaurants, and bars are within easy walking distance.
The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a recently renovated finished basement, great for watching a movie. The main floor contains an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, as well as a queen bedroom and full bath. Upstairs are 2 more queen bedrooms, a cozy bedroom with a twin bed and another full bathroom. Out the backdoor you will find great outdoor dining space and a BBQ as well as a separate guest house with a queen bed and full bath. Great for multiple families sharing the rental or just if you need a bit more space and privacy. The entire house is air conditioned.
