Beautiful home, beds were very comfortable. Very clean, had anything we could possibly have needed. The location was great, not far from the many places we went. Host was great about making sure we knew how things worked. Would definitely stay here again.
Terri was a great host, and her home was immaculate and fit our needs perfectly. It was just what we needed for our 3-day visit to this area. Her home was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and amazingly organized. I will not hesitate to stay here again if we ever visit this area in the future.

Terri was a fabulous hostess, every tiny detail was seen too. I was here for 8 weeks for work and it was wonderful to feel at home instead of a cramped loud hotel.
Highly recommend!!

Maureen was a wonderful guest and a true pleasure to host!! She and anyone she'd recommend would be welcome to be my guest anytime.
There was a lot more there for us to make use of in the kitchen than we were expecting, which was really nice! It was a very comfortable place to stay outside of Erie for a few days, like a home away from home. Thank you, Terri, for sharing your home!

So happy you enjoyed Terri's Retreat Amber! 🥰
You're welcome to return anytime, you were great guests 🤩
Terri was a perfect host. The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly stocked with many extras! Terri thought of everything and called to welcome us as well as answer any questions that we may have about the home and area. This home is in a perfect location and is near the wine trail, beach and shops. We had a great experience and cannot wait to go back to Terri’s Retreat!
We loved this home. It's was probably the cleanest rental I've stayed at and it was well stocked with many various items you may need. The only issue that some may have(we actually enjoyed it) the home is located near an active train line that can be a little loud. Overall it was comfortable and I would definitely considered renting it again
Me and my now fiancée stayed here for a weekend Valentine’s trip to wine country, the location is excellent, right in between tons of wineries, plenty of great food/restaurants and still on a quiet street just outside of town. The house was stocked with anything you need outside of your personal items. Overall a very nice little place to stay in that area!

Thank you Jacob. You were great guests! It was my pleasure to be your host. I hope you return soon!
We couldn’t have imagined having a nicer place to tag or a nicer hostess. Being away for the holidays is hard but nothing about this home made it hard at all. We felt right at home and definitely will stay here again when we are back to visit our family. Thank you Terri for accommodating us and making us feel so welcome 😊

It was my pleasure! You were great guests and I look forward to seeing you all again.
I stayed here with my aunts and cousins for an all girls trip. This was the perfect retreat after a day at Peek n' Peak! We enjoyed spending time around the fireplace, in the kitchen cooking together, and playing games around the dining room table. Many boards games were available. It felt like we were at home.
A beautiful, well appointed home in a neat residential neighborhood. A fine choice for an extended stay. Home is super clean and in excellent condition. Neighborhood is friendly and upscale. There’s a well trafficked rail line nearby, that can be annoying but except for that, this is a good choice for singles, couples or small family.

I'm happy you enjoyed your "home away from home" and that it met all your standards and expectations. It was my pleasure being your host and you are welcome back anytime :)
My only complaint was the number of trains that come through the area during the night which cannot be helped. But the house is beautiful and very clean! It is very close to wineries and skiing and nice dining. We had an awesome weekend!!!!
This home has everything that you would need...and more! The owner was easy to get a hold of,the home was spotless and it lacked for absolutely nothing. The neighborhood is very quiet and, except for the trains, not a sound. I actually like the trains, as my husband built locomotives for many years. I would absolutely stay here again.
Spent a few days while in town for a family visit. The property was just as shown in the pictures. Kitchen was the most well stocked we have experience with a Vrbo. Back yard and deck was perfect for relaxing with the unseasonably warm weather. Terri was great to work with, very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
2 retired couples making another memorable trip to the Lake Erie Wineries. This home was absolutely perfect for us. Location was ideal, close to the wineries and restaurants in North East. The home was impeccable. Very clean, organized and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Communication with the owner was very good. Highly recommend this property.
The ownerof this propert was very prompt in responding to questions. The house was immaculate and nicely furnished. There were many amenities and supplies for visitors to enjoy. This is an A-1 first choice rental.

About the host
Hosted by Terri Daniels
I am a fun caring person with an eye for detail and accommodating people. I have lived between Western NY and PA all my life and love the area! I am recently semi retired and love to travel, so I know what I look for and value in accommodations where I stay so I strive to provide the same for others that stay in my home and more. My motto is you only live once so that you should enjoy all life has to offer.
Why they chose this property
I was finally able to purchase the home that I love. It has a retreat feel to it with its vaulted ceiling, fireplace, a great deck overlooking the back yard, creek and woods. North East is a very appealing, sough out community in this area as it is safe, quaint and offers great restaurants and stores. It's location is prime as it is central to so much like 20 Best wineries, parks, concerts, golf, outdoor and indoor theme parks, Erie, Chautauqua Institution, Mercyhurst College, Lily Dale, and Amish Country.
What makes this property unique
This very clean, safe, home is 12 years young and is very clean, fresh and has a retreat feel to it. You will love snuggling in front of the living room electric fireplace if you want to be inside. OR, relaxing on the back deck barbecuing, sipping on a beverage, listening to the creek, the birds sing or catching a glimpse of the new baby bunny and its mama.
