Villa located in a peaceful environment, facing the sea, the waterfront (just cross the road to reach the nearest beach) with views of the Gulf and the city of Ajaccio, its port, citadel, cathedral
The villa has a fully independent space, including this one.
The villa is air conditioned with a capacity of 4 people: 2 separate rooms (28 and 19 m2) (2 beds, 2 baths, 2 toilets) and 1 kitchen (10 m2) equipped, directly related to the 2 bedrooms . Possibility of washing machine.
For most of the 2 bedrooms, possibility to add an extra bed for a child.

Outside, to share with the occupants of the villa: A swimming pool (6m * 6m). A large wooden terrace (40 m2), sunny, fitted for the summer season (tables, chairs, umbrellas, chairs) with a beautiful sea view and panoramic views of Ajaccio. kitchen (6 m2). Summer Shower.
