Very clean and nice layout

We was nervous at first from reading recent reviews regarding cleanliness and driveway. However, with our arrival it was extremely clean and no concerns with that at all! The driveway does have a couple holes needing filled. Kitchen could use more dishes. Overall our family enjoyed and possibly return. The drive to Pigeon Forge wasn't bad at all, about 10-15min.

The cabin overall was a nice stay. The hot tub when we got there was extremely low on water and seemed to have a leak. The kitchen supplies were a disappointment. For a cabin that sleeps 6, there was one drinking glass, 2 spoons and 4 forks. Very limited. The new pull out couch was comfortable and clean. The cabin was overall clean. 50/50 on if we would stay here again

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

It was Filthy, beds looked like they were slept in and not changed. Carpet up stairs disgusting and jacuzzi tub was mildew in jets. Hot tub was cold and pots and pans i wouldn't feed a dog out of. Microwave was horrible and chipping. WE DID NOT STAY!!! Filled a complaint with pictures

Arcade does not work. Jacuzzi was nasty and partly worked. Whole cabin smelled like dog piss. The neighbors were very harassing cursing at us trying to start a fight with us.

Needs condemned

We have a 4 wheel drive truck and couldn’t get up the driveway. The entire place has mold. It was very unclean. Scared to sit on the furniture. It smelled. On the deck you have a view of someone’s underwear in the tree. If it hadn’t been so late we wouldn’t have stayed the one night we did. They only refunded us less than a $100.00.

Location was great! Cabin in desperate need of a good cleaning. Mold in shower Very very dusty Tack strip showing through in carpet upstairs so it will poke you if you’re not careful Security was an issue as doors don’t lock well 2 pot holes in very steep driveway makes parking difficult New stairs to inside but handrail is so low it’s not much assistance No step to get in and out of hot tub Pet friendly but no grass for dogs unless you leave property and walk across the road Remotes and tv don’t work properly Grounds are not well maintained. Overgrown weeds and lots of trash on property Dirty comforter on bed (blood or something) had to wash myself Cabin has a lot of potential but needs updating. If you are not physically git to go up lots of stairs snd very steep driveway this isn’t the place for you!

Weekend Getaway

I love going to Pigeon Forge. The driveway was as described. The only thing I was not aware of were all the sreps outside and then inside as I was in crutches. So, this was difficult. I've stayed in this area and its nice and secluded for you and your dogs. The place was śet up nicely. I would recommend having extra blankets. My 2 boys were cold because they only had a sheet for the pull out sofa. I was looking forward to using the hot tub as well but because there was no step I was unable to get in. My son enjoyed it though. It had a great big porch and a nice porch swing. The only other suggestion would be to fix the doors. The bedroom door would not close and lock. We had to call about the outside door not locking and we could never get it to lock til we were leaving. Just a few things. I would stay there again for a weekend. Thank you.

Great Potential

This cabin could be awesome with just small updates. My 10 year old was very disappointed to learn the arcade machine didn't work. The main door has damage like it's been kicked in before so it doesn't stay shut unless it is locked. The bedroom door would shut and the bathroom floor around the tub is rotting. The house must have settled because everything is sloped. You can't play pool because 1 ball is missing and all the balls slowly roll due to not being level. As stated, the drive way is very steep and has a big hole in it. There isn't a yard, so if you take a dog there isn't much outdoor room. This cabin would be great for someone not taking younger kids and with minimal effort could be even better. The photos on the listing are not recent as the furniture is very worn.

This was absolutely without a doubt the worse rental experience I’ve ever had. Arcade game doesn’t work, couch is worn out with holes, hot tub not clean, no toilet paper, no soap to wash hands in bathroom, bathtub dirty, when I called to complain they said somebody would be right there. Nobody ever showed up. After 5 calls they finally said someone would come the next day, which was the day I was leaving. I didn’t read reviews before renting. They knew arcade game didn’t work, they just want your money, but don’t want to put any money or upkeep on the property. DONT RENT

Home very run down with maintenance issues, not as nice as advertised.

The couch in the picture must have been when it’s new, couch is so warn that there is barely any leather seating left, only sports channels on living room tv, no remote for bedroom tv, lots of little maintenance issues around house. Trash and dirty diapers outside, clothes hanging from trees that guests must have dropped from the balcony. Very steep wooden steps outside with no lighting to see to climb at night. Ceiling fans in living and bedroom do not oscillate for air circulation. Maintenance came to look at tv and fans while we were gone but must have realized there was nothing that could be done because we didn’t hear back from them.

Did its purpose!

The stay was mediocre, they should emphasize the DOG friendly aspect! You can smell and visually see the dog friendly parts of the home, nothing a good clean wouldn’t fix though. They also tell you to use the neighbors driveway, which was utilized by the neighbors my entire stay - so that was frustrating! Would I stay again, probably not. But it did its purpose for the weekend - made some great memories!

Weekend get away

The house was cute and as listed but the parking is supet sketchy. There are a lot of stairs, the bottom set doesn't have adequate railing. The house was cute and fun, lighting isnt great and it listed attraction tickets but weren't available to us. Not sure why

Family Get A Way

Cabin was beautiful but needs TLC. Two reasons we picked this place was they allowed our 3 dogs & the hot tub. We were highly disappointed to find the hot tub appears to have a crack or something from underneath as it would not hold water. Water consistently leaked out and kept the underneath deck wet & driveway. I’m sure the deck is rotting from staying saturated in water. We filled it up & less than 12 hours it leaked back out so we didn’t use it for fear of safety. This is def. A selling point in the pics and details of this cabin so I know they are upcharging for the hot tub …but not usable. Make that make sense. Pool table is more for looks than usable (balls shoot out to the floor & no chalk for sticks) Arcade game doesn’t work nor fireplace all of which also selling points for this cabin. Ridiculous :( The crater holes in the driveway ..I was tempted to go buy cold mix asphalt at Lowe’s & throw in the holes but after dropping 800.00 for 3 nights….not my problem. I rated the cabin a 4 star bc the cabin itself is great…it’s the management of the cabin that’s the issue bc this isn’t the first complaint of these issues. You def. Will need a 4x4 vehicle & beware walking your dogs as there’s really no place for them unless you walk up the road.

Perfect weekend

Love the location. bedding is very comfortable. no curtains or functioning blinds, one towel had a dead spider in it, stairs to loft are not kid friendly, stairs are very slippery.
