Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a problem getting the AC to function properly as it got too cold for us at night and the blankets were very thin. I would suggest adding more blankets to the closet for people who need extra. There were pillows but no blankets. Overall this property was great and fit all of us very comfortably!

Worst unit ever broken washer and dryer ac on its last leg various other issues

Okay so after enjoying my evening with family at dinner. I get a message voice mail about being able to use a unit until 10 pm to wash our clothes. However it was relayed to me that was supposed to be something for this morning. I also have a message for a refund for the washer and dryer being down for a few days when it has been down a few days which is false and you have known about this before we even checked in. We were told by your front desk that this was supposed to be fixed Thursday before we checked into this unit. And it was the owners selection of vendor that was supposed to fix it. Which as we speak it does not work. The washer and dryer being the biggest issue there have been plenty of others which you might want to take notes on this. The ac system is not working correctly the only thing keeping it cooler is the air from the back unit and me turning the fan on to constantly run to circulate the air from the back. The freezer ice tray is cracked the drawer and shelf on the Rights side is cracked and broken. The bottom of the microwave is broken tho it does function I'm glad no one was cut. All the remotes needed batteries for all the tvs. We purchased a can opener bc there wasn't one on site. There are missing smoke detectors in the unit. Most of these were sent earlier with pictures. The door to the balcony from the living room is all but unusable bc of the force needed to open it. This sums up how most of the trip went.

Nice condo but.........

The condo was nice and clean. But there was one problem that made our stay very unsatisfactory. The filters in the ac units were caked with dust and dirt. They looked like they hadn't been changed in over a year. And because of that it condo never cooled properly. It was always stuffy. And yes we kept the balcony doors shut. I emailed two separate people about it and never received a reply until we were back home from vacation. A lot of good it did us then. Also concerning the building itself, there is no tsp that goes to the beach. It is all stairs. So if you are handicap or have wagons, etc be prepared to carry it down the stairs. Not user friendly at all.
