This home features 5 bed, 3.5 bath, a 2-car garage, and 4 complimentary bikes, accommodating a total of 14 guests. This home has more than enough room for entertaining, taking relaxing naps, and watching movies after a long day at the beach. If you're looking for the perfect vacation home, THIS is it!

Walking into the first floor you'll find the queen bedroom and twin bunk room with a shared jack and jill bathroom. Traveling up to the second floor is where the recently updated kitchen is, with ample space and an island for serving, making for a fun evening of cooking, visiting, and entertaining. Just off the kitchen is the second-floor master bedroom with King sized bed with a private balcony access and master bathroom. The third floor is a hidden gem. A second king master bedroom with a daybed and with connecting bunk room and bathroom giving plenty of space for friends and family to sleep. Had a wonderful time at this unique property. The grounds in the pool are immaculate with excellent security and staff. The house is extremely well appointed comfortable and suitable for large families cannot say enough about the Tram drivers pool security and the staff.

The location of this property is one of the best we’ve stayed in over our 21 years coming to this area. We enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the owner accommodating us on very short notice after our original accommodations cancelled us two days before our flight! We had a wonderful time.

Everything was very smooth from booking to arrival to departure. The location of the unit to the pool was amazing. The house was clean, but could have used a few updates, with that being said, we had a lot of people and between the beach and the amount of groceries needed for that many people, the house was perfect.

A great name for a very nice property

A perfect place for a family with kids... young or just young at heart! Super convenient to the very well maintained and managed community pool. Walk out from the back yard patio with gas grill and you are literally at the pool! The accommodations were very comfortable and contained pretty much everything you need for a great stay at your home away from home. Everything worked as expected. Could certain things be updated... sure... but nothing got in the way of a very pleasant stay. Property is well situated within easy walking distance or a quick bike ride to shops, restaurants and a few bars. Grocery shopping is a short drive. Highly recommended!

Great location to pool!

The size of the house was perfect for our family trip. The kitchen utensils (no can opener found) need to be upgraded as well as the cookware (loose handles and peeling nonstick coating). The pool was fantastic. The walk to the beach was easy but lots of stairs to the beach. The beach area is too small for the number of people in the area. There is private property (empty space) on each side of the small area intended for guests. This was a deal breaker for next year. We will not be back.

Beautiful- but NOT a 5 bedroom

The house was in an ideal spot! It could have been cleaner. There was trash under the beds and dirty clothes in the closet. There were also doritos crimbs on the floor. There was not a 5th bedroom. There were 4. The 4th bedroom had a closet with bunk beds in it. There were no windows or doors in that "5th bedroom" and it was a fire hazard. The house had great balconies!

Beautiful House, Great Location!

We love staying at the villas at Seacrest beach, and this house is the best location - right next to the lagoon pool! It’s a beautiful house with lots of room that more than accommodated our group. Fully stocked kitchen, 4 bikes and extra parking! We had a few minor issues that the management company handled swiftly and without delay. They were very responsive. I gave the website description 4 stars because much of the sleeping accommodations were in the 3rd floor master bedroom, which had a king bed, daybed with trundle, and the closet was the bunk room. Luckily there is another master on the second floor, so we put 4 teen boys in the 3rd floor master together. This was just misleading because we thought we had 2 masters for the adults. Overall we were comfortable and had an excellent stay!

Two families enjoyed the house—4 adults and 7 kiddos. The kids loved the proximity to the pool and we all enjoyed being so close to Peddlers Pavillion, Rosemary Beach, and the beach access across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of a can opener. Plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy dinner together. The grill out back was handy, had a bit of trouble lighting it but got it. The back patio was a nice space—though it would look much nicer if the weeds were taken care of. Common maintenance noise around the community was a little annoying in the early morning but we understand that's part of staying in an area where the houses are well maintained. The space in the house was nice for the two families to spread out, the community is awesome for bike riding, the tram is a great perk, and the property management company was very easy to work with and responsive. Even though we didn't need to call them for anything this week, they called and texted to just check in and make sure we had everything we needed. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE We are grateful for your positive review of The Pool House located at Seacrest Beach Florida. We are glad that both families enjoyed their stay, and that the location was convenient to Peddlers Pavilion, Rosemary Beach, and the beach. Fall break

I have stayed in many places in 30 A and this house is not on the top of my list. Upon arrival unlocking the door with the code given was unsuccessful. Freezer shelves were broken, stove top burner didn’t work, lamp in downstairs bedroom was broken, neighbors were extremely loud with music etc., the house did not provide any extras like a hairdryer or information about the area or Wi-Fi password. Just wasn’t easy or friendly.
