The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal.
All East Tower Amenities, such as the frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool, are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Decent

Couch, chair and master bed were terribly uncomfortable. Decor was not real beachy. Parking is across the road. Hot water ran out quickly. Small tvs. Vacasa sucks as well. Couldn't find the front desk. No help from them. Decent room just didn't like some things.

Mediocre to say the least

I have come to Panama City for over 40 years and stayed at many different condominiums… This one had stains on the couch upon arriving a very uncomfortable master bed that sink in the middle and the sliding glass door got stuck to where you had to squeeze in an hour each time. Upon arrival the kids amenities were closed due to cleaning, which was a disappointment. Won’t be staying in this one again when there’s so many more to choose from at an even cheaper price. I feel that Vacasa could have easily made all of this right when we complained upon arrival and hadn’t even checked into the room. But they acted like there was nothing they could do. I even reached out during our stay about the sliding glass door and stains on the couch and gave them permission to come and fix them while we were staying and never had anyone come to address the problems.
