Directly on the white sandy beach!
This is a separate and private lock-off beachfront facing Master Suite with a private balcony and very spacious private bathroom. Recently updated with apartment size fridge, cabinet with countertop, balcony bar table

This unit is great for a "Couple's Beach Getaway" or someone wanting to relax in a luxurious suite that offers serenity with its amazing Gulf views. The private balcony overlooks the M.B. Miller Pier and offers unobstructed views of the coastline to the West!

Our "Pier Serenity Studio", features a king size bed, flat screen TV with Direct TV cable, Roku streaming and free WiFi on the resort property and while out on the beach. There is an apartment size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, ice maker, stovetop portable burner and electric skillet within the studio. Also, two folding beach chairs, umbrella, two beach/pool towels, cooler, and beach wagon cart, to use on the beach during your stay.

Enjoy your day on the "widest area" of Beachfront in Panama City Beach! Private beach access and showers. If you choose, you can lounge around the bi-level pools that overlook the beach and pier.

Beach service chair rentals and watersport activity rentals are available with parasailing, jet ski's, and banana boat rides.

Fishing is permitted off the pier located next to the resort. The pier is also a great place to catch spectacular sunsets or enjoy the sunsets over the Gulf directly from your private balcony.

Dawns rentals was so amazing! She had everything perfect for us and even offered us to use her personal chairs and umbrella on the beach! Highly recommend booking from her 9 different rentals. Dawn was awesome! The room 607A was great for two people and the price was good as well! Beautiful location and close to everything. Bed sleeps great. I have back problems and I rested great. Dawn went out of her way to make sure we had clean towels and chairs and umbrella for the beach as well. I must say it was the best trip we have taken to Panama City, FL.

Perfect stay!

This property was everything advertised and more. It was clean, neat, comfortable and had everything you might need for a stay at the beach. Dawn did a great job of including thoughtful items and keeps a very clean unit! The view was perfect, bed was comfortable and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The bathroom was nice and spacious and included useful self care items. We will be back to stay here again!

Our Honeymoon

The room was much smaller than expected. It had all the necessary items including chairs, umbrellas, and a cart for the beach, however, it definitely felt compact. My wife and I were surprised there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the unit. There were no table and chairs, so the only place to sit inside is the bed. Overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed spending evenings in the room but it wasn’t what we originally expected.

We've found our new place to stay every time we visit PCB.

This two-bed two-bath condo is ideal for its central location and its amenities. The view from the corner balcony is exquisite - we watched the sunset every evening while sitting in the shade. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Lots of nice towels and comfortable beds. You can dine indoors or on the balcony, where there is a round dining table. There is plenty of covered parking. There are two elevators and plenty of luggage carts so you don't have to wait long to haul your stuff upstairs and get to the beautiful white sugar sands of the Gulf. It was sunny every day, so thanks for the weather Dawn! We WILL be back.

I had an amazing honeymoon here

The place was PERFECT for two people. Ive never gone out on my own and booked a stay anywhere (Im younger) on my own but the place here is amazing. Plenty of parking space and the room was incredible. The rainy days me and my wife would just chill inside and watch a movie. Or the days it was sunny all it took was a 5 min trip tops to get immediately on the beach. Dawn was extremely nice and responded very quickly to any need that was IMMEDIATELY met! She was very very sweet and very kind to let me and my newly wedded wife stay here for our honeymoon. Place was SPOTLESS and very comfortable to stay in. Also EXTREMELY secure. There are a few passcodes you have to get through which made me feel very safe and comfortable with peace of mind falling asleep. The upkeep of the place is awesome. I cant describe how perfectly this place just made our honeymoon timeless. We will never forget it! So what are you waiting for!? Just book a stay already!

Dusty Roach Motel

My sister & I were excited to spend a few days at the beach. We thought we'd found the perfect place on the beach that would lead to many more relaxing getaways. But we were mistaken. The host, Dawn, immediately reached out to me upon booking with an additional contract to sign. Later on, Dawn emailed the check-in information, informing us that check-in would be at 4 p.m. and parking was under the resort in any available space.The day we were to arrive, I received a text message from Dawn with a link informing me that check-in was moved to 2 p.m. and that I had to register my vehicle to avoid being towed. When I registered my vehicle, I was charged an additional 50.00 parking fee. I was not aware there would be a parking fee, nor was it included in the contract. We arrived later that evening, tired and ready to rest for a good night's sleep. The studio apartment was small and a bit dated. The bathroom was a good size, however, there was a lot of dust or water damage around the vent in the ceiling. Shortly after turning the lights on, we were met with roaches and dust around the bed on the walls. After killing a few roaches, we were not comfortable putting our things down for fear that roaches might crawl or fly into them. We never took our luggage off the cart. Additionally, the dust posed a problem with our allergies. Therefore, we decided to leave and go to a hotel. We could not stay here.

Amazing vacation

I stayed at this condo with my husband and 5 kids. I don't usually like staying in a condo, to be honest. I prefer a private house (personal preference) Upon arriving, everything was very clean and in place. There were plenty of extra linens, pillows, towels, soap and toilet paper. The view was exactly how I had hoped it would be: gorgeous! It is located close to many attractions. There were extra sand toys, scuba masks and floats. The directions and expectations were very clear from the owner. Communication was also not a problem. I will say that the Keurig is broken, the DVD player is very broken and we could not get the TV in the "kids" bedroom to work at all. We figured some things out to work around them all. There were some things out of the control of the owner. There is only 1 elevator for all floors to use, so it takes a while to get up or down. The pool is used by lots of people during the day and can be a little dirty by the end of the day. Overall, this is a WONDERFUL place to stay. The condo owner made us feel like we were staying with friends. There were many personal touches such as NFL coasters and cards an games to play. The kitchen was well-stocked with any piece of cooking item you can think of, and there were spices and pantry items left for us to use. We appreciate the use of this beautiful condo!

Our stay at Dawn’s studio condo was an absolute dream, I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place! The bed slept AMAZINGLY, so much so that my husband asked the name of the brand so that we can get the same one for our house. The location of Sterling Reef is absolutely perfect—pay the 3 to walk the pier! It’s such an underrated activity— we saw a sea turtle, dolphins, and a stingray on a random Thursday afternoon! The elevators can take a little time, but overall they were decent! The room and balcony are small, but Dawn has made sure you have every single thing you could ever need while you’re there for your stay! The size was perfect for my husband and I, and we cannot wait to come back and stay with Dawn’s Rentals!
