Nice semi-detached pavilion of approximately 50m², close to beaches and the town centre.
It benefits from a shared swimming pool in the residence and parking... a privileged location 150m from the beach.
This duplex pavilion comprises: on the ground floor: living room with TV and equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave + 2 top fridges, ceramic hobs), 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed, 1 bathroom, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 mezzanine with bunk beds + 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed. WiFi access.
Pleasant terrace with garden furniture to enjoy long summer evenings. Come and recharge with family. The residence's swimming pool is operational from 15 June until the end of September.
Additional: end-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and to be paid on-site for €100.

Le logement est spacieux une belle terrasse sans vis à vis et très proche de la plage
Éclairage extérieur. Un faitout pour cuisiner. Des ventilateurs et meilleur ventilation dans salle de bain.

La maison est confortable , très bien équipée avec ses 2 réfrigérateurs et très bien située
Il faudrait ajouter une lumière sur la terrasse afin de profiter de l’extérieur en soirée , quelques transat serait bienvenue autour de la piscine.
De plus , les animaux de compagnie devraient être promenés a l’extérieur de la résidence afin d’éviter les odeurs désagréables d’excréments au moment de repas sur la terrasse

sa localisation, sa terrasse, son équipement, sa superficie, son accès à la piscine, l'entretien et la propreté des lieux (allées, piscine, espaces de verdure).
le barbecue, qui enfume le voisinage lors de son utilisation.
