This beautiful, spacious condo is located right off Main Street in Ouray.

The location provides easy access to everything Ouray/Ridgway/Telluride have to offer. Ouray has many shops, galleries, and restaurants. Don't miss the Ouray Hot Springs Pool!

Three en suite bedrooms are set up perfectly for you to unpack and enjoy your own private space.

Master bedroom: king bed located upstairs.

Bedroom #2: 2 sets of bunkbeds located upstairs

Bedroom #3: Queen bed located on the first floor walk-in level

Sleeper sofa: Queen sleeper sofa located in the main living area on the second floor.


The living/dining/kitchen is appointed perfectly for you and your friends to gather during your stay. The modern kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances and equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Light the fireplace and gather around the dining room table that easily fits 8-10 people. There is also a large TV located in the living room area. Cable and WIFI are provided for your convenience.


Unfortunately we do not allow pets. Any evidence of animals will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Guest will have access to the one car attached garage.

Family wedding

We stayed here for our son’s wedding in Ouray. Sara answered my email quickly in order to get an earlier check in. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the living area for 8 adults. The beds were comfortable as well. It is within walking of the town of Ouray. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Ouray

This was a good home base for our visit. Every room has its own bathroom so we had our own little space but then we could all be together in the main room and kitchen. It was very comfortable and perfect for our trip.

Pictures don’t do justice to this property. It’s huge, it has everything you need in the kitchen, the beds are really confortable, the layout is great. It’s the perfect place in Ouray!

Property was very clean! We loved the large space to spread out after several hotel nights. It was nice and quiet. I also appreciated that the blinds were dark enough to block the morning sun. Nice property in a beautiful town!

Great last minute stay in Ouray

We found the property with only a few days notice. Great layout for our crew of four adults and four teens. Nice space and very clean and only minutes from main St Ouray. Our only criticisms would be the tight parking and we could not get the TV to work (but made for more socializing).

The place was nice in general. It was specious, the kitchen was stuffed well. It would be great if the mattresses on the bunk beds were of a better quality, similar to king and queen beds.
