Location was excellent right in the heart of downtown Ouray! Easy access to shop and eat and to hike the perimeter trail. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Great for a couple of people or a family with a couple of little kids.

The room was very nice be prepared to climb steep stairs which had I not been 68 with a bad knee would have been fine. But I had plans to cook ect and nixed that idea ...

The location was great. The property was as advertised. The communication could have been better leading up to our stay, but we did come during a wildfire north of town—wondering if it was safe, should we still come, best route, etc. We decided to still come and support one of our favorite towns during hardship. Once we checked in our communication was great. Laura was very helpful and kind.
