POTENTIAL FOR NOISE/MUSIC - Nightclub next door and possible loud music on Thursday through Sunday nights. We have earplugs and a white noise machine. Typically it's just Friday and Saturdays but they do occasionally have events on other nights.

My sister and I stayed here and had so much fun. Walking distance to the Toyota Center Stadium. Food truck and restaurants nearby. Very cute little place! The property owner will warn you that it can get noisy from time to time, but that was not a problem for my sister and I. Great experience!

The apartment was wonderful, clean and conveniently located. The listing says that there can be loud noise, but it was done by 11:00 each night and only normal city noise after that.

This was a very accommodating space. Hunter was very responsive. It had all the amenities - washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. I will say that you do have to be flexible with the general city din and activity that comes with staying in a downtown space. There was a lot of construction happening in the area which meant more noise and inconvenience. I really appreciate that there were room darkening curtains. Yes - there was a nightclub next door but the host was very clear on that and provided several accommodations which was very appreciated. There could be some "tune ups" to the property - the kitchen facet sprays an awful lot. The coffee maker probably just needs to be replaced as it isn't fully functional.

We had a great time here, it was super easy to order an Uber to/from here. Location was great for what we were doing, concert and ball game. Club was a little loud but there was a ear plugs and a sound machine so our sleep was not hindered in any ways. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here, definitely recommend giving the restaurant below and bar next door a try, brunch is fantastic! We had some noise issues with a new nightclub next door that just opened, but as long as your a night owl and bring earplugs/noise canceling headphones it’s doable.

Great Apartment!

Stayed here for over a month and loved it. Old charm but new amenities and well decorated. The neighborhood is great and very lively. Parking was always easy. The windows were a bit drafty, but the heating system is excellent. Kitchen is fully stocked. Communication could be a challenge but we rarely needed to chat with anyone as the place was so well prepped for us.

What a great spot in EaDo. A short walk to bars, restaurants, and clubs and somehow this spot is still remotely quiet. The place itself somehow outlives the photos and the property manager and owner couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

Awesome Apartment

Very nice property, good location if you are needing to go to a game or the convention center. I was able to leave my car and Uber to the convention center for less than $6.00. The apartment is above a restaurant, we happened to be there during the World Series and it was a little noisy from the restaurant next door, but not the one below us. It makes it easy if you want to grab something to eat. There was a little bit of a problem with the shower, but it was a little user error and a little construction error. Otherwise than that we had a great stay and would stay again if we are ever in the area again.

Fresh out of a magazine!

This was everything I hoped it would be for our anniversary weekend! The location is great for walkability of downtown, with an amazing bistro located just downstairs! Everything was so comfortable, and very stylish. I truly felt like we had walked into a page out of a magazine. There wasn't anything we were in need of while there. I absolutely will be booking here again in the future. The privacy was probably my favorite thing.
