Property name "reménipaire cottage cottage", the blue cottage with its Nordic bath and the optional owner's pool was designed for 4 people (+ 1 baby), classified 4 *, area of 80 sqm, very comfortable, to VAGNEY in the heart of the Regional Natural Park Ballons des Hautes Vosges, 10 minutes from GERARDMER and 15 minutes from LA BRESSE.

Quiet and sunny place, this cottage is located 300 meters from the village center, 4200 inhabitants where you will find restaurants, bakeries, butchers, banks, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies ...
Region of authentic discoveries with the marked trails of the Club Vosgien, the alpine ski resorts and background GERARDMER 10 km, the BRESSE HOHNECK 20 km (the largest ski area in the North-East of France) and VENTRON 20 km, the way 1.5 km (53 km of cycle path and walking path) cinema, swimming pool, media library, tennis, horseback riding, paragliding starting point, marked trails in the forest (pedestrian, mountain biking, snowshoeing), leisure lake fishing and swimming ...

The chalet is located on a plot of trees and flat of one hectare, including a second cottage for 2 to 7 people with private land of 800 m², a house at the entrance of the property not rented and the owner's house at the bottom of the property. You have at your disposal a privative ground of 700 m ², as well as a common space of 2500 m ² to share with the second gite. All charges (bed linen, heating, electricity, water, wood for the Nordic bath and stove) are included in the rental price. All the following options are to be paid on the day of your arrival: optional owner's pool at the rate of 150 € / week, end-of-stay cleaning optional at the rate of 70 € or 50 € for a weekend, bathroom linen option for 5 € / person, bathrobe for the Nordic bath optional for 5 € / person.

You will find on the terrace a Nordic bath 4/6 places for your well being heated the evening of your arrival at 38-40 degrees, all the year. The Nordic bath water is renewed every week for optimal hygiene. You will also have access, optional, to the indoor pool and discoverable owner (9x4 m) from early June to late September.

Outside:
- Land: 700 m² and 2500 m² to share with a second cottage.
- Owner's pool, optional from early June to late September for only your cottage, (9x4 m) covered by a semi-high discoverable shelter, heated by solar collectors (depending on the weather).
- Terrace: Nordic bath 4/6 places running all year round, large table with 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs, barbecue wood, parasol.
- Annex 20 m² with games (ball, racket, bowling ...), 3 adult bikes.
- Swings.

* Dining room: large table, 6 chairs and baby chair (on request and free).
* Living room: 3 seater sofa and 1 seat armchair, coffee table, WIFI, 4K 123 cm flat screen TV, DVD player, Wii console with games, wood stove, books on the region and IGN maps, documentation and good addresses.
- Bedroom 1 of 12m² with wardrobe, shelves and bedside tables. 160/200 cm bed made for your arrival. Possibility also to add a cot (on request and free).
- Bedroom 2 of 12 m² with wardrobe, shelves. Two beds of 90/190 cm separated or according to your request, possibility to bring them together to make a bed of 180/190 cm, beds made for your arrival.
- Bathroom of 8 m² equipped with a shower (extra flat receiver of 90/140 cm and glass wall). Cabinet with basin in natural stone, mirror and storage. Electric towel warmer, washer-dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Towels optional for 5 € / person (1 towel, 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth).
