Luxury mas in wooded setting walking distance to the village of Callian, 45 minute drive from Nice airport. Callian has a wonderful bakery and butcher and small Casino, pizza restaurant, crepe restaurant, view restaurant. Master suite and living area downstairs, four bedrooms upstairs, all air conditioned. Large grass yard and heated pool with poolhouse with BBQ and pizza oven. Gated entry. Beautifully furnished. The house is approximately 45 minutes drive from several beach areas; Cannes, Theoule sur Mer, Agay, Mandelieu de Napoule, & St. Raphael. It is a 15-minute drive to the freshwater and swimming Lac de Saint Cassien.
Callian is one of five "perched villages" that sit above the "plain" a commercial corridor once used by the Romans. Many services are provided along that corridor.
