I am originally from the United States and now living in Mexico where my full-time profession is as a professional Spirit Medium. I work with client from around the world and use my talent to help raise funds for non-profit organizations in Puerto Vallarta. The Children's Orphanage, The Vallarta Girl School, The Vallarta Food Bank, and various other charities.
Why they chose this property
This a very charming neighborhood with an authentic Mexican feel. The location is just outside the vibrant life that La Zona Romantic (a.k.a. Old Town) has to offer. It is also locate just enough away from the hustle and bustle to also enjoy your quiet time. The neighbors are really nice, and look after each other.
What makes this property unique
The uniqueness of the building is that it has a traditional Mexican architecture for a home. We tried to update it as much as possible without losing that style of living. Example: There is an atrium in the center of the building that functions as a cooling feature that also reduces humidity.
