Find your Zen! The perfect combination of relaxation and coastal air awaits you at Land Zen, a beachfront vacation rental located in the gated community on Destin Pointe. This five bedroom, four bathroom home can accommodate up to 14 lucky guests.
The first story of the home hosts a bedroom with two twin beds and a set of sliding glass doors which lead out to a covered deck. This deck includes an abundance of patio furniture, a grilling area, and a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. The beach fun begins on the second level of this large rental home. The open floorplan on this level pulls the living, kitchen, and dining areas together seamlessly. In the living room, a comfortable seating ensemble is comprised of a couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and two accent chairs that face the TV for entertainment. Glass doors allow the Florida sun to filter indoors, providing a light and cozy atmosphere. Step through the glass doors onto the gulf front balcony. Here, you can take in the beautiful views, listen to the soothing waves, and sip your favorite vacation drink. Back inside, the dining room includes a round table with seating for six, and additional stools are seated at the nearby kitchen bar. A large king-size bedroom is also on this level with access to a full bathroom.
Climb the steps to the third floor, where the master bedroom and remaining guest rooms are located. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, access to a beachfront deck, and an en-suite bath. One guest room includes a king-size bed, while the other features a twin over queen bunk bed with a queen size trundle underneath.
Because of its great location in Destin Pointe, guests have immediate access to the pristine Gulf shoreline, two community pools, a clubhouse, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and more. During the summer and on holidays, Harborwalk Village sets off firework displays that can be seen from Destin Pointe, as well. Enjoy the beach, the fireworks, and the amazing amenities that are offered to guests, but don’t forget to check out nearby restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques, and art galleries to round out your trip!

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, King Bedroom with Balcony Access and Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.
Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Balcony Access + Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub, King Bedroom with Balcony Access and Walk-In Shower, Bunk Room with Queen/Twin Bunk + Queen Trundle and Tub/Shower Combo.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Magnolia House community pool is seasonally heated.
*Trailers & RVs are NOT permitted at this property. No weddings or events allowed.
*Rates reflect a discount for the nearby construction of a new and improved neighborhood beach access and pool, which is estimated to be completed in early summer 2024. Alternate access to the beach will be provided during this time.
