Best Back 40 Cabin in the woods! You've found your home away from home! This bike-friendly cabin bungalow is THE PERFECT destination retreat. Whether you plan to explore all of what gorgeous Northwest Arkansas has to offer, or if you plan to stay on two wheels on the trail, this is the place for you! Enjoy the natural scenery surrounding you as you relax on either of the two LARGE covered porches on this corner lot tucked away just steps from the Back 40 trails. Yep, you heard me right, WALK OR BIKE to the trail, NO CAR NECESSARY! :) Also know that there are no surveillance cameras to intrude on your privacy!

Gather around the roaring fire pit or take a cat nap under the trees in the hammock. Do whatever your heart desires because you will feel right at home!

Full kitchen with all utilities you can imagine.

The basement apartment is the owners residence when she is not traveling. I can be rented at certain times of the year with advance notice. Message Linda if you are interested in booking the entire property.

You of course will have access to all of the upstairs residence including the utility room, porches, and firepit as well as the covered carport. There is also room to park across the street as long as you do not block the unpaved portion of Northampton Dr.

This property is not suitable for children under 12. Please message Linda to discuss. Infants not walking are fine.

When I decided to purchase a home was simply nothing that offered as much value as Northwest Arkansas! The biking is top notch as is the arts and all outdoor living music to nightlife to MTB trails or hiking or will want to come back for a longer stay I promise! Come enjoy my Cabin with it’s wonderful location deep in the woods; a firepit for your evenings, covered patios to enjoy in all weather, and so much will definitely want to come back!

You are surrounded by trails!!! It’s very quiet and private traffic you’re 20 minutes away from downtown Bentonville and only 45 minutes from Fayetteville! The hiking and biking is literally right out the door!
