Fantastic Lake View! Has a king bed or a twin bed set up, your choice.

Enjoy your stay at the Pines on Lake Ann! Beautiful lake views from the private deck. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Close to golf courses and hiking trails. Only 15 to 20 minutes to Bentonville and Rogers.

The Space:
It has a private entrance and when renting the space, no one else will be renting the main lower level. The owners live above but you shouldn't hear much noise.
The Studio has a fully stocked new kitchen and full private bath. The twin beds can be separate or put together to make a king size bed. Perfect set up for one or two people or a couple. Please let us know your preference.

Spend your day biking, hiking, or golfing and end the day relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous lake view. Traeger or propane grill included if you want to cook out. Note: There is no hot tub on the property or swimming.

Guest access
Upon arriving there is a 2 car tandem parking pad to the left of the main driveway where guests can park. To the right of the home, stairs lead down to the lower deck entrance. We will text you the day before to give you the code and any additional information.

Fabulous place (stay was too short)!

Michelle's place is so cute and cozy on the inside with amazing view and venue on the outside! Check-in was smooth and easy. Even though we arrived after dark, spotlights came on automatically as we approached to light our way. Inside we found a studio apartment w/ bathroom, refrigerator, and kitchen, with small round table & chairs, and 2 twin beds pushed together to form king. We walked out the back door onto a large spacious deck which stretches the length of the house, with a porch swing & rectangular gas fire pit at the far end. (I found out there is another larger rentable space adjacent to the studio, but the owner blocks whichever space you don't rent, so you never have to share the balcony. The owners live upstairs, which was no problem at all.)The house sits on a bluff overlooking a beautiful lake, so the view from the covered balcony is amazing. My wife & I really enjoyed our stay...the only downside was we only stayed one night!

Lakeside Retreat

Beautiful setting overlooking a tranquil lake. Multiple outdoor places for soaking up the peace of this area. Very clean studio with well-equipped kitchen (even spices!) The area has many amenities, yet simply staying at this VRBO could be a vacation in itself.

Just needed a place to sleep

We are golfers and were gone most of the day. We really just needed a place to sleep. After staying here, I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the peace and quiet. The scenery was just breath taking and we definitely will be coming back.

Just a quick overnight on our return to Texas. Great place, quiet and peaceful on Lake Ann. Wish we could have stayed longer this morning but had to head out early.

It is small but definitely all you need or will use. Host supplied kitchen with coffee, tea, asst'. condiments, paper towels. Step out onto spacious porch with seating & views of lake.

Wonderful stay, was too short!

Very nice property in gorgeous setting backed up to the lake. Nice cozy room with everything you could need. Sit on the back porch with a glass of wine and watch the occasional boat go by.

Gorgeous, peaceful place

This was a great place to stay as a halfway point on our trip from Dallas to Southeast Missouri. The lake views and the comfy deck were just wonderful and the apartment was perfect for an overnighter. The bed was extra comfortable too. Wifi could have been more reliable, but we had good cell service so used our phone hot spots when the wifi was too weak. We would definitely stay again. The Crystal Bridges Museum (free!) was a fabulous stop before we headed on home.

The Perfect, Quiet Retreat

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and provided everything needed for a quiet weekend away. Host is quick to respond and easily met our requests. The lake view was so peaceful from the comfy chairs on the covered deck. We will definitely book here again when back in the area.
