My place is close to Ocean Front at Diamond Head Beach Hotel - Gold Coast Waikiki. You’ll love my place because of Large Ocean Front 5th Floor Condo w/ Full Kitchen - Sleeps 4 (1 Queen bed in each bedroom) My place is great for two couples, business travelers, or families (with kids).


This Great Oceanfront Suite is a vacation rental located on the 5th floor of the Diamond Head Beach Hotel in Waikiki. Enjoy stunning views of Waikiki's prestigious Gold Coast, Diamond Head, and the Pacific Ocean.

Situated across from lush Kapiolani Park and within close proximity to the Waikiki Aquarium, the Outrigger Canoe Club, the Honolulu Zoo, and Waikiki, this is an amazing treasure in a prime location.

Excellent waterfront location!

This was the perfect waterfront apartment, not too mixed into the chaos of the heart of Waikiki but easily accessible just down the road! The beds were so comfortable, and we really loved taking just a few steps outside to be on the beautiful beach.

Nice place with a beautiful view

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and stores and the beach. Nice place. Clean. The best place to watch sunsets from your lanai.

Great space

It is a great place overall. In the second bedroom There is no lamp that comes on with the switch. The lamp on the dresser has no bulb and when we put one in it still did not work. The breezes were great. Sreens on the door and window would be fantastic so no unwanted visitors fly in. Early check in and late check out availability was perfect for us. Thanks so much.

Surprise!!!

We loved the location, the cleanliness and view from the lanai in the condo. However we were very surprised to find out that you had to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom. Not at all private when there are 2 couples staying together. Had to go to the bathroom to change clothes. This was not included in the description, which it needs to be!

Almost perfect

Loved the property and the view from the lanai. Only downside was the parking was difficult because of our disabilities and also, we needed more towels since there were four of us. We knew there was a washer but didn’t see a dryer mentioned. But we managed and other than that everything was great. We loved the ambiance. Thank you for helping us so quickly when we got locked out. We appreciate all your prompt attention, and the whole Hawaiian experience we had here. This was a great place to take our vacation.

Awesome location

This rental is in a great location and within 15 minutes walking time to Waikiki beach. The layout is a little weird. You'll need to go through one bedroom to get to the other. The lower rating is due to there not being any curtains in 1 bedroom for 5 of the six nights we stayed. Although we were compensated, the communication between maintenance and property managers could've solved the issue.

Great views but

Being on the end with the large balcony overlooking the water was great. The furniture is quite dated however. The biggest problem was the lock on the front door was broken and we did not get a response back in time from the owner before we were in a place where we couldn’t respond. There was no one at the front desk for us to report the problem. As a result, the door lock wasn’t fixed until the next day and only because one of us stayed behind and was able to wait for someone at the desk to appear. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Great Stay at Diamond Head

My husband, daughter and I were in town before and after our son's wedding. This apartment was comfortable and clean and we loved the view on the ocean. The second bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom which is odd, but we made it work. There's enough space that my 4:00 am insomnia bothered no one. Communication with Mark was timely and check-in was a breeze. It's about a 10-minute walk to Waikiki, accessible, but out of the hubbub. Though the units themselves are pretty quiet the area is noisy with planes and helicopters flying overhead, weed whackers, construction (while we were there), and one night the distress of a woman having a mental breakdown on the street. As long as you're not looking for tranquility more likely outside the city, I highly recommend this condo.

Great location, and the ocean-facing lanai was wonderful. Microwave didn't work. The kitchen was pretty poorly equipped. No bedspread or duvet of any kind on bed in second bedroom. Hangers were a pain to use--they don't come off the clothing rod. No privacy because window coverings are all sheer to semi-sheer and there are other condos right next door. The one bathroom was adequate pretty small. In general, a dated property that could really use a number of upgrades to make it more comfortable.

Perfect loaction, beautiful view and easy private beach/ocean access

Very nice condo, the front door was a little beaten up, but once inside everything was clean, in good condition and very well apportioned. Boogie board, beach chairs etc were available and appreciated. Sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the unobstructed view was a morning treat. Would stay again, if visiting. The only downside, and I'm not sure if this was mentioned in the listing, is that the two bedrooms are connected, and there is only one bathroom. So the the occupants of "bedroom two" had to go through "bedroom one" to get to the facilities in the middle of the night, and the occupants of "bedroom one" need to make sure that no one was coming or going to "bedroom two" while changing etc. At first I thought this was going to become an issue, but in the end it really wasn't. Would certainly recommend and again, would stay here again, if the opportunity presents itself.

Perfect location

We had a great week. Walking to the best beaches while still getting to enjoy the beach/grass area on the property. Easy nearby parking. The condo was clean and comfortable. I was a bit surprised by the bedroom layout in that you had to walk through the master bedroom to get to the second bedroom. It worked fine for our family.

Waikiki stay

Nice size condo. Beds were comfortable and condo had lots of big windows and light. Disappointed that front wall facing ocean only had small window to see ocean. Enjoyed spending time on narrow lanai and listening to waves crash and seeing ocean. Easy walk to beach and park. Also nice walk to Waikiki and big hotels and restaurants. No pool with this complex. It was very hot when we were there so thankful for air conditioners. Place is in need of lots of repairs. Property manager responded quickly when it was difficult to open sliding glass door to lanai. Parking was only difficult on weekends .
