About this property

Plan your vacation in our spacious new vacation home, Timberland Retreat!

Our home includes HUGE custom beams, granite counter tops, multiple living areas and a dining area to seat as many as you want! The neighborhood boasts a luxury clubhouse AND two outdoor pools with splash pad. (The pools and splash pad are scheduled to be open from mid-May through the end of September!) You will also be near one of the better skiing coves on Table Rock Lake -- and we have a courtesy dock located one mile from our front door. The State Park Marina is less than five miles away where you can rent all your boating craft needs while on vacation. If you will be bringing a boat and/or trailer, please reach out for details - we will be able to provide parking in the neighborhood in 2024!

We can accommodate your large group with our 7 bed / 6 bath retreat that sleeps up to 24 guests in beds. Relax in one of our four suite bedrooms with full baths. There are a total of six king-size beds and each has a 12" memory foam mattress. The two large family suites on the top floor have a king-size bed with an additional queen-size sleeper sofa -- perfect for families with small children. There is also one bedroom on the lower level totally dedicated to the kiddos and includes bunks with a total of four full-size beds and one sleeper ottoman. Each bedroom and living area is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable.

You'll feel right at home relaxing in our large main floor living room with a sectional sofa and gas fireplace. If the kiddos get too loud, send them down to the lower level family room where they can watch their own TV, play games at the poker table or challenge each other in an air hockey tournament!

Need to take a dip in the pool? The clubhouse and pool are just around the bend from our front door. Wade on in to the zero-entry pool and let the little ones run around the splash pad or take a turn down the waterslide! Also feel free to take a snooze on one of loungers around the pool deck.

Catching an event or show at Thunder Ridge in Ridgedale? We are located less than 6 miles from the arena (9 minute drive).

Enjoyable getaway

Beautiful main room with cathedral- style ceilings - a rare find! Comfortable spacious sofa to host a large group of people. Long table to share. The main room has a large-screen TV pairable to a smartphone thus providing a convenient internet access of user choice. A beautiful Christmas tree and Christmas decorations throughout the main level were an added bonus. We stayed through the New Year Eve and could view the fireworks from the front porch. We are very grateful for the host's flexibility in allowing a late checkout. Thank you for your hospitality!

Steps to the house are hard on an older person aNd at night are dangerous for everyone! The recliner did not work so you could not recline at all.

Family weekend in Branson

The Timberland Retreat was the perfect home for our family weekend trip to Branson. The house had plenty of space for our family of 14, ages ranging from 86 down to 12. The layout and rooms were perfect for us! The kitchen was very well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay!! Kelly was a pleasure to deal with and everyone in our party would highly recommend!!
