This is cozy apartment located off the main house with a private deck with spectacular views overlooking Universal Studios and the Harry Potter Castle. Fireworks every 45 minutes at night is just one of the many gifts it has to offer. Just a mile from all the craziness of Hollywood and the Sunset strip - steps fro Runyon Canyon Park where you can hike or run into your favorite Movie Stars. This is a private apartment that you enter through a common Garage space to enter through a private door.
Once inside - you will enjoy a cozy single apartment with a new Casper Mattress bed, Smart TV, Internet, Private Deck with fantastic Views of the city lights, mountains and the Harry Potter Castle and Universal Studios. Peace and quiet like the country, but only minutes from the craziness that Los Angeles has to offer - you are minutes to the subway, studios, theater, shopping, Walk of Fame, museums and so much more. Anything your heart desires can be delivered right to your door!

Beautiful propery

This lovely hideaway was perfect for my 12 day stay in LA. Very close to everything but private and serene. The view was great and even though the kitchen is small was equipped enough for me for make a number of meals at home. I would stay here again in the future.

Location is great but beware of spiders!!

My daughter stayed here for 3 months. It was a safe neighborhood and place which was my main concern. I rated the cleanliness with only 2 stars because of the multiple issues she had with spiders being inside the room and even in her bed! It was very stressful for her. She communicated with the host and he did spray the room but that did not fix the problem. When I mentioned it to him he told me that he has never had a guest complain of spiders but as you can see if you read the previous reviews, there was another woman that complained of the spiders. He told me a couple times that he has never “had these issues before.” That was simply not true. As a result, I would definitely not recommend this place! Also, be aware that if you have a guest there after 10 pm, then you are charged an extra $50 per night. I respect the fact that is mentioned in the rental agreement but there is absolutely no leniency. He even charged me, her mother, the one who paid for the room, $50 to stay one night!

Excellent

I just loved PJ’s little spot! So serene and quiet and the view was great of the valley! Five minutes walk to Runyon canyon where I walked every morning. My daughter and her dog visited several times, and the host made them feel very welcome. The host also responded quickly when I had a few questions. I can highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back!

Cozy spot in the city

This place was great. Its small but quiet and cozy and the view is lovely! PJ was great and responded quickly. Close to Hollywood and the Valley.

Peace and tranquility

The guest quarters are as described by Pj, and his communication is prompt, helpful and excellent. The stay passed without a hitch. Perfect for a hideaway, good for hiking, and great views.

I traveled to LA on a solo trip & choose this property because of the view & it’s location in the hills. The view is beautiful and the place offered the privacy that I was looking for. Even though the place isn’t really up to par, it was never my intention to come here and leave a bad review. I was actually considering staying here again when I return to LA, because I love the view, but all of that changed after my deposit was fraudulently retained.

Hollywood Hills stay

This property was very quaint. Small but all I needed as I came single to see my boys. All the amenities I needed and a great view off the porch! I always worry about parking, and that worked out as well, I always had a spot. Although we never saw each other, communication was smooth with PJ. I enjoyed my stay!
