Property is in a convenient location, proximate to Park City mountain and Deer Valley, local restaurants, groceries, etc. Pictures and online listing accurately depict the property.
There was an issue with the property upon arrival, perhaps out of the owner's control. Brian was great to work with in resolving the issue despite between out of the country and multiple time zones away. He had a maintenance crew at the property within 15 minutes. Through the entire experience he was fair, reasonable, and easy to deal with. I would have no reservations about working with Brian again.

Raymond was very respectful and nice to work with. They kept the house really clean followed all the house rules. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a good renter.
Location is outstanding for us. The proximity to access what the mountains have to offer is ideal. Close to Main Street and close to freeway access. Brian is great to work with. The house is being renovated very nicely.
Great property--highly recommend for anyone with a big group. If Im back in Park City, I'd stay at Brian's place again.
We had 12 people and plenty of room for everyone to sleep in a bed and the two living areas allows for a large group to have a little "breathing room". Bus stop directly in front of the house making it very easy for early morning skiing, or going out for food. We very rarely used a car.
My Name is Brian I am an artist and own a clothing company and do construction on the side. I spending my Free time Snowboarding, Wake-Skating, and moantain biking. I promote my brand threw my riding and positivity to others . I am really down to earth and chill and love to help other.
