Home to 1910 sq.ft. of living space including an appreciable upper loft. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen open to a large dinning space perfect for group dinners, puzzles or game nights. You will also find the master bedroom privately tucked off the back of the condo complete with an ensuite. There is also a second bedroom with a door allowing access into the large, main 4 piece bathroom. The living room is a space that hugs you and screams: relaxation. Cozy up by the gas fireplace, take in the views, read a book and just enjoy your stay. The upper loft space looks down over the main floor and provides an open area with accommodations to sleep including 2 queen beds plus a full bathroom. The rear covered deck is a great space to chill out, BBQ, take it easy in the hot tub and absorb the fantastic view of the Rocky Mountains.
Some of the perks of this location include the access to a ski trail taking you down to the Kimberley Alpine Resort providing a ski in, ski out experience. The vicinity to shopping and the unique activities you can enjoy while walking the Platzl including stopping in at one of the many coffee shops, feeding your sweet tooth at a must-stop candy store, numerous boutiques, eateries and the Kimberley City bakery. All within a 5 minute drive of the condo. You will also find the Spirit Rock Climbing Centre, and other popular activities like taking a train ride on Kimberley’s Underground Mining Railway.
Explore Kimberley no matter the season and discover all the outdoor activities including hiking, nature walks, endless paved biking pathways such as the 40 km Rails to Trails path which connects Kimberley to Cranbrook, Nordic trails, fishing, rafting, and the1,800 acre Kimberley Nature Park for the summer months. Challenge yourself in a round of golf at several championship courses including Trickle Creek, Bootleg Gap, Kimberley Golf Club, St.Eugene Mission, Cranbrook Golf Club, Wildstone, Shadow Mountain, or the friendly Mission Hills. Through winter take on cross country skiing, downhill skiing or snowboarding, and snow shoeing. Lussier Hot Springs is 60-minutes from the condo and is an amazing natural hot spring experience.
