Madge' is a spacious studio with a king size bed located in a wooded neighborhood with an easy 15 minute drive to Winter Park ski resort and 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.
Madge’s attends to your every need and that of your pups pack your bags and bring Fido too! The Fraser Valley offers every outdoor adventure on your list, and Madge’s provides a peaceful, private space for reading and relaxing on your private patio.
Madge's studio has wonderful natural light, a cozy cast iron fireplace and a wall-mounted flat screen TV, with cable. Work while away with high speed wifi or simply unplug and enjoy the view from the front patio.
Either an AWD or 4WD vehicle is recommended during the non-summer months.

A nice property, I would stay here again. The bed was very comfortable, and it was close to Fraiser. The neighborhood was quiet and rural for the area.

Madge’s place was a wonderful spot in Winter Park! It was clean, convenient, and well equipped for dogs! The only thing to note is the home is occupied so we could hear footsteps and conversations happening upstairs but honestly not a big deal. The home is located in a really beautiful part of town and I would highly recommend a stay here!

This pet friendly property is very clean and in a lovely peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It's just a few minutes to downtown Fraser but it feels miles away. Comfortable bed and plenty of space for 2 plus a furry friend.

What a wonderful little gem of a space. My daughter and I had a great time. Everything was well appointed and super cozy. Was easy to find and get inside. Super close to grocery and other stores. Will definitely be staying there again for the odd ski trip. So thankful to not have to break the bank just for a bed and shower. Loved! Thank you!!!!

Our intention was to “sleep” there after a wedding and head home the next morning. However, sleep was difficult. My husband didn’t sleep at all and my back was killing me in the morning. The mattress was lumpy and had 2 large cavities where hundreds of people have slept. I’m a small person and couldn’t climb out of the dent I kept rolling into. I was also very hot during the night. The room does not have access to the a temperature control (thermostat). There were no available outlets to plug in our phone chargers, the only available one was a single one in the bathroom next to the sink. Lastly, the shower tile grout was not clean. I don’t think it had been cleaned in months. It had a pinkish orange fuzzy bacterium layer that takes a while to colonize. It is called serratia marcescens. Inhaling it in a steamy shower or getting it in your eyes or an open would can cause an opportunistic infection or other health problems. I took a cold shower to be sure I didn’t inhale it. It’s a really cute place, but it needs a new mattress, outlets for your phones preferably on the nightstands, and more care in cleaning the shower grout after every stay!

I am distressed that you did not have a comfortable stay. I have had nothing but positive comments on the comfort of the bed with guests specifically commenting on the bed in particular. There are outlets on either side of the bed as well as by the table. The temperature is controlled quite well by opening the two large windows. We don’t have air conditioners in the mountains I will address the problem with the shower with the housekeeper and appreciate that feedback.
