villa at the foot of the Ardeche gorges

The house is located at the exit of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, one of the most beautiful natural sites in France. It is located in a very quiet residential area (Domaine de Sauze), 200M ON FOOT FROM THE BEACH and 1km from the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche. You will have a very nice view of the Gorges and the village of Aiguèze from the house.

The house, of around 90m² comprising on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, a dining room with TV lounge area, a bedroom with a double bed of around 12m², an independent WC, all overlooking a large outdoor terrace facing south, with breathtaking views of the Ardèche and the medieval village of Aiguèze.


Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (about 12m² each) with 1 double bed for one of them and 2 single beds for the other two bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine, 1 independent WC as well as '' a solarium hidden from view with a breathtaking view of the Ardèche Gorges.


You can enjoy a 1500 m² garden with outdoor barbecue, table tennis, heated swimming pool (from early July to late August), SHARED WITH THE PRIOPRIETARY'S APARTMENT. (The house is divided into three independent parts, the house part and two apartments occupied by the owner).

Pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking house.

Nearby, many visits await you: Caves of Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac, Saint Marcel caves, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Pont du Gard, Nimes, Orange, Avignon, Montélimar .... but also many hikes and the fabulous descent of the Gorges in Canoe Kayak.
You can also take advantage of numerous wine cellars, or markets and picturesque Provençal products of the region (olive oil, honey, olives, lavender… ..). Guinguette, restaurant and ice cream are also waiting for you on Place de Sauze, a 5-minute walk from the house.
