Timing Is Everything

Unfortunately for us, our move-in coincided with a change in house ownership. We had to cancel the original booking shortly before move-in and re-book with the new owner, all while awaiting credit for our down payment from the original owner. VRBO stayed involved and made sure our credit was issued. A list of amenities is most important for anyone planning to spend significant time at a place and that was lacking here. In a perfect world I think Justin could have used a week or 2 to better prepare the home, but there were immediate bookings and this is the busiest time of the year. Whatever issues there were, Justin was most accommodating in taking care of everything. The home was comfortable and in a good location relative to the beach, the intercoastal, and even downtown. I have no doubt that more attention will be given to the property and we would not hesitate to rent it again if we have the opportunity.
