Meh…

Have never left a bad review but…. This one was tough. The bad - AC was out , trash was in the trash can, some dirty utensils were in the kitchen - the town did a window inspection on the interior of the house while we were there - we waited with the window contractor for 3 hours as we weren’t comfortable leaving our stuff with the contractor. The shower drain was plugged and would have standing water - and a plumber had to come to snake the drains. Was a tough experience for sure. Kitchen fan and light were stuck in with a remote that had no battery. The good - the location is great - good coffemaker- a nice recliner and a responsive property manager. Overall I feel like the owner just didn’t want to spend money to keep up with the property.

Great Girls Week House

The place was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beach towels, hair dryer, cooking supplies, shampoo, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, games, cards. We did not need to get anything but our food. Loved hanging out in the backyard-had lots of coffee time and dinner at the 6 person table with umbrella in the private yard. 5-10 minute walk to town, beach, restaurants. The marina was just block over. Nicely decorated spaces plenty of space to hangout and a well stocked kitchen. Nicely updated updated bathroom. Will definately stay here again if we can!

Perfect stay

I've been staying in Delray for years and love how convenient this house is to everything you'll need but so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful and private yard. I'd stay again.
