This studio is located in a quiet neighborhood, only one block North of Atlantic Avenue. The beach is right across the street and there is a private, tropical courtyard to relax in the shade. This coastal studio is equipped with all the modern amenities you'll need to enjoy your vacation or business trip. There are on-site laundry facilities and a BBQ grill for you to use. There are beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for you to use during your stay. The pool area has lounge chairs and restrooms. Free parking, free wi-fi, and no resort fees or add ons! Easy Peasy

If you want to be within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and the adorable downtown of Delray Beach, this is the place for you! These types of affordable stays are fast disappearing from Delray. The place had everything we needed, including beach gear.

Nice quiet spot

A very nice spot for a week for my wife and I. One block walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, etc. spacious efficiency with a small kitchen that worked well. A comfortable couch and a nice TV. Outdoor space was a communal courtyard. The property is older probably dates from the 60s or 70s but the interior has been updated. One story buildings - a bit of old Florida with a lot of changes around it. Also a small pool available with umbrellas, chairs, etc. we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location

Short walk to beach , shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay . The pool and beach chairs were a great extra!

Listing said one bedroom and it was a studio One very large roach They place is remodeled and in a perfect place. Enjoyed our stay Sinks did run a bit slow
