Quintessential Nantucket with classic architecture, brick sidewalks and picket fences. A 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath home with 3 levels of living space in the beautiful community of Naushop. Includes privileges to private community clubhouse, pool, play area, pickleball court and tennis courts. 1-1/2 to 2 miles to multiple beaches, 2 miles to town, and easy access to shuttle bus and island bike path.

This charming property is beautifully decorated with Nantucket coastal style furniture. 1st floor family room with wood fireplace and DVD/flat screen TV system and Apple TV with universal remote. Use Apple TV for streaming. Stainless steel kitchen with open floor plan with breakfast seating for 4 and adjacent spacious dining room with seating for 10 people. 1st floor office with computer/printer/scanner/copier, high-speed internet access, internet wifi and TV. 2nd floor consists of master king bedroom ensuite (TV/Apple TV) with spa shower. Also, 2nd floor with queen guest bedroom (TV) with ensuite private full bath. In addition, 2nd floor with 2 twin bedrooms (2 twin beds in each room) with shared jack/jill full bath. 3rd floor consists of a bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin beds with ensuite play area, TV, sitting area and private full bath. Please note, there is a Control4 video doorbell outside located next to the front door, used for security purposes. There are no other cameras on the property. Outdoor shower, patio and grill.

Each floor is separately zoned for heating and cooling!

Nintendo switch base in the office. Bring your Nintendo switch to play!

The house is great for one or two families and/or multi-generational families!

Community swimming pool, kiddie pool, pickle ball court, tennis courts, and small playground!
House is within walking distance of the bike path, shuttle stop and a fresh seafood market in season.

We absolutely loved the house! It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and homey. It exceeded our expectations. It was easy access to the free shuttle, The Wave. We had the best time staying on Nantucket and loved staying in this lovely home. We were two families of 4 - each with 2 teenagers. There was plenty of room for all of us! The new kitchen is sensational, and the outdoor shower was a fun treat when we got home from the beach. We also made use of the community pool and tennis courts. This is a beautiful home and Diane was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect Nantucket Escape

We loved our stay at Diane’s property. The home is conveniently located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The home was well stocked and very comfortable for my family. The kitchen is world class! We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas provided, as well as the towels and cooler. The beach equipment made our travel much easier. The beds were extremely comfortable and there’s a great variety of spaces for large families. Diane’s communication was clear and prompt always. I highly recommend this host and rental!

This house was well stocked with beach towels, chairs, coolers, and every kitchen appliance you could need. Great layout for a big group, comfy beds, beautiful kitchen in an adorable neighborhood with pickleball and a pool. We were walking distance to ice cream, a great restaurant, coffee shop and fish store! And just two miles east biking to town. Had an amazing week despite the rainy start! Clean and fresh home! Wonderful Family Home-Away-From-Home

This very spacious and lovely decorated home is in a great, quiet neighborhood and is one of the best vrbo’s we’ve rented in many years . We were a family of 6 adults and two teenagers , together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Diane was wonderful to work with and the home easily accommodated our family. The open floor plan and large rooms, including 3 en-suite bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with shared Jack and Jill bath were ideal for a large family gathering . The kitchen was beautifully equipped and the large dining room was a great place to dine and just gather. The backyard is cozy and there is a large gas grill that was terriffic for 4 th of July burgers. Lots of beach equipment, towels. Just a very family friendly home ! We also loved the many pieces of framed art done by the owner’s children! Just a charming touch! We all loved this home and hope to return. Thank you, Diane!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property which is centrally located on the island. It's a very spacious home offering many wonderful amenities. We rented a car so it was very easy to get to all the beaches. We also had bikes and biking into town and several closely shops was very easy - the bike path is very close! A wonderful visit - we are so grateful to have stayed in this home!

This was our first time vacationing in Nantucket and we chose the best home! We traveled with another family and their kids. Great house in great location

This was our 20th summer in Nantucket and our first in this house. Nobody likes change but when you nail a rental it makes it easier. This house was clean, spacious and in a nice spot. The rooms were great size and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need for a dinner party. Backyard was private and had a nice grill and outdoor shower. You are under 2 miles to one of Nantucket’s best beaches, Nobadeer. Can’t wait to rent this house again. We highly recommend.

We have been vacationing on Nantucket for several houses and have stayed in various locations on the island. This was our third rental in Naushop and we all agreed it was the best house we have rented by far. Super clean, lots of hangout spaces, fully furnished and amazing kitchen. Truly just an all around accommodating rental home. Would highly recommend! And the private backyard was absolutely perfect!
