BEACHFRONT condo (2B/2B) with a 20% Discount for stays longer than 28 days!!
Quiet Beach Front location, with wonderful amenities. Maid service (garbage pick up daily, towels changing twice a week, full cleaning with change of bedding once a week) There's a full time front desk staff and security all night. It is about a 3 minute walk to get on public transportation that will take you to nearly anywhere in Mazatlán, only minutes from the Golden Zone or to El Centro to the market place. There are some wonderful restaurants in walking distance of the complex. This is a privately owned condo, this is NOT a hotel.

My family has had a home in Mazatlán for 30+ years and my wife and I have been going down there many times in the 25 years of marriage and to this privately owned condominium complex. this is where we are planning to retire. so we have taken the leap for our retirement home.
Why they chose this property
This is a fairly quiet complex newly remodled with just the right amenities. With wonderful beaches for swimming and boogie boarding. Public transportation within about a 2 minute walk that will take you pretty much anywhere in Mazatlán.
Safe and fun for the whole family or perfect for a romantic getaway. Safe, affordable, and a dream location that feels like home.

What makes this property unique
Ocean front and steps away from your feet in the sand. Also foot steps away from the popular El Cid Marina location where you can enjoy there pool and outside dinning. Feeling adventurous? walk down the street and grab a local Pulmania (golf cart taxi transportation) to any restaurant, shopping galore, gold zone, etc... So much fun and culture awaits you from, taking in the sites of the Cathedral, the Market, and Downtown History. We have recently been using Uber to get to certain locations and it seems to save quite a bit of money.
