140m2 villa between Vence (2mn) and Tourrettes-Sur-Loup (2mn) area of Château Notre-Dame-Des-Fleurs. Garden level large bay windows overlooking the garden and the SPA: fitted kitchen overlooking the living room of 30m2, 6-seat corner sofa, satellite LCD TV, separate WC, cellar of 10m2. Upstairs of 90m2, 2 large double bedrooms, one with bathroom with walk-in shower, the other opening onto a large terrace with sea and mountain views. Third bedroom with 2 single beds, office of 12m2 which can be used as 4th extra bedroom. Waxed concrete finish bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks. Separate WC. Internet access, cable TV, washing machine, dishwasher, pets allowed.

House built on a terraced plot of 1,800m2 terraced in the area of Château Notre-Dame-Des Fleurs. SPA, trampoline, table tennis table, vegetable garden, stream and pleasant forest on the bottom of the land.

Quiet neighborhood, ideal family vacation, for nature lovers very close hikes departures (less than 2 mn on foot). Celebration of the Nuits du Sud in Vence between July and August.

Pleasant stay

My friends and I had a lovely time at the villa. It was very pretty and clean. Got the house and pool cleaned during our stay. The villages close by are really fantastic to visit. Would recommend having a car to get around.

Great stay in nice family house near Nice

We very much enjoyed the stay in this family house near Nice. The communication was easy with Kevin and Clotilde and all was fine upon arrival, leave and while we were there. The house is nice and spaceous and easily hosts our group of 6 people (2 families). The kitchen kabinets was a bit rough, but at least we weren't afraid of breaking things ;-) We had a wonderful time and can recommend staying in this house!
