Clean, modern, well located. Huge laundry room with space for things like skis and boots if you go there in the winter. Nice outdoor balcony with a bbq. We were very comfortable.

The location was spectacular. To access the property you do have to be mobile as its has lots of stairs coming and going.

Make sure you are aware the stairs are steep and parking is a little tricky- but the condo is Lovely ! Really modern and super cozy too ! Location is amazing too !

Nelson is an amazing place to visit and this property is perfectly situated to enjoy the town. It was clean and worked beautifully for us. It is tricky at first to park and block the alley while figuring out the lock situation but once we got past that all was so very good. We ended up calling Pat, the owner when we had a parking problem and she was very responsive. Thank you.

A deep clean is necessary. The tub and shower haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Baseboards, walls and doors require a cleaning. Handprints were visible on doors. Blanket on couch needs a wash. A cleaning was my only issue with the place.

The apartment is beautiful, you could not have a better location you are in the centre of Nelson accessible to coffee shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend it to everyone who is healthy and strong. My husband and I are both retired, I had extreme difficulty accessing the apartment as there are so many stairs that are steep, I have heart and lungs problems. My husband had no trouble at all. Sue was so helpful and was on hand if anything at all was needed.
