BAKER STREET LODGE - 2 brand new condominium units right in the heart of downtown Baker Street available for short term rentals. Both architecturally designed 2 bedroom units are made available for use individually or combining them for larger groups. The convenience of being located directly up the stairs from our dynamic Baker Street, only steps to amazing shopping, great restaurants, brew pubs and nightclubs, coffee shops makes these units ultra convenient for tourists, and locals alike. Our building is the first Baker Street building that has added a new floor since the 1960's. These are not renovated condo's but completely new structures added to the 100 year old single storey building. They are complete with all modern designs and styles. The Baker Street side condo - Unit A - has a 24 x 4 foot deck looking out on the street. The Alley side condo - Unit B - has a 12 x 19 foot deck with incredible views of the famous Pulpit Rock, Flagpole trail and Elephant Mountain. Both decks have Weber Natural Gas Barbques. Both units also have 1 king bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. We also offer 1 cot for an additional $10.00 per night if required. The location is ideal for exploring Nelson and its surrounding areas. It is right in the heart of downtown but very quiet. We walked to shop, eat, drink, go to the Farmer's Market, walk along the water to the park, and walked to the grocery store. Pat is an excellent communicator; we had a bit of an issue right before we left, and he was happy to help us get things figured out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for making meals in, and it is a very comfortable place to just hang out with the family. We will definitely stay there again.
Stayed in Nelson to visit the area, including Ainsworth Hotsprings. This Vrbo property was located right in the center of the hustle and bustle of Nelson. Plenty to access in town within walking distance, and central to many attractions working a short drive. Spacious and clean property to return to each time.
we stayed at Baker Street for the weekend and really enjoyed the accommodations. The loft appears to be very recently renovated. It is right downtown in Nelson so we were able to walk to everything.
It was in the heart of Nelson, just mins walk to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and a grocery store. We are a family of four and had a comfortable stay. The owners were quick to respond when we contacted them. We will be back!

Wonderful! Very roomy, great amenities in the suite, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and luxurious. Pat and Sue were an absolute delight to deal with - friendly, available, and professional. One of the best properties my family has ever stayed at!

I would definitely recommend this location, even though selfishly I don’t want the world to know so it’s available to book! This is a very stylish and comfortable apartment, and it was very convenient to just walk down the stairs onto Baker Street! We had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have the kids bedroom at the backend so we could enjoy some quiet time at night.
This is a very clean, very safe, well appointed condo in the heart of Nelson. Great communication with the owners, no problems at all checking in and out. Condo is perfect for a family or 2 couples. Can leave your car and walk the amazing town of Nelson. Shops, restaurants, coffee, and groceries are only steps away. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends & family.
Would have never guessed this nice of a place could be in a historical old part of town. Only issue I had, was accessibility and parking availability - Paying to park (this wasn't mentioned at the time of booking). Also cancellation / modification of booking wasn't clearly stated that I recall. All this aside - this is a beautiful spot, accommodations were immaculately taken care of, and the hosts were great for detailing the guidance of check in / out.

Poor Parking especially to load and unload vehicle.
Two sets of stairs to carry up supplies.
Very noisy between 6 and 8 in morning, supply trucks in lane.
BBQ was very dirty.
House needs a deep clean.
Had to pay extra for the dog that we were not made aware of prior to payment.
The beds were very clean and comfortable.
Could have used a few more dishes for 5 people.
Otherwise good stay.
Great kitchen, fully loaded. 2nd bedroom did not have a closet or dresser for clothing. No dining table only counter to eat on. Washer and dryer were excellent. Great outdoor area if weather is good. Bbq worked great and was a nice bonus. Fabulous location right in the heart of downtown. Hume hotel was right next door and excellent food.
Lovely, modern, fully stocked, great location, enjoyed the big balcony.The cleaning could be better. The hall bathroom shower was not as clean as it should have been, the white towels were stained and grayed, there were items left in the dryer, the throw rugs were damp, the sofa is stained. For the amout of the cleaning fee, we expected better cleaning and not to have to remove the garbage and strip the bedding.
Very nice place. A little confusion on our part. We thought we requested the same suite as last year but when we arrived, we found out it we were put in the suite that faced the alley. Still a very nice suite though.
This property is very nice, luxurious beds and linens and the space is so comfortable. Within walking distance to just about everything. Would definitely recommend staying here.
We had a great time in Nelson. The condo was as it’s listed and is in a perfect spot in Nelson. We were able to walk to dinners, shopping, and the lake. We enjoyed the deck too. I would highly recommend this unit.

Skiing, hiking biking, golfing, boating, are just some of our activities. There is so much to do here and we are really excited to share this wonderful place with our guests.

If your interests are in being right in the heart of downtown Nelson yet having the access to all the area has to offer we believe that our condos are the perfect solution. The condo comes with a free parking stall in the Nelson Parkade directly across the alley from the Lodge
