Luxury 3 Bdrm lake view home with 2 ( small) car prkg. A 5 minute FLAT walk to get to all of the shops & restaurants & other fun that Nelson's vibrant downtown has to offer.
This perfect little heritage house has recently been restored to an immaculate & very high end state, boasting unique bedrooms and furnishings, and everything you might need to feel right at home.
A 10 min walk to the beach, and no more than that to any amenity in town that you might require while here.
There are two bicycles on site for your use (more can be rented down the road), and you are situated right on the new, flat bike route.
The beautiful, front "sunroom", is large enough to keep all of your outdoor gear out of the way and warm, and Is also a great place to have tea, or read on an indoor sort of day. The good sized back porch, has great views of the lake, and is a nice place to watch the sailing races that happen every Saturday. This is a covered porch, so you can comfortably bbq all year round, and the whole house is on one floor, making it very suitable for persons with some mobility issues. This property comes fully equipped with Telus fibre optic internet, and we provide you with Netflix, Prime video, Crave, and apple tv for your viewing pleasure.

Great stay!

Family of 5, all now adults came for a ski week. Location perfect! I didn’t know there were flat streets in Nelson to access baker street, but there are! Home was perfect. Plenty of space, very recent renovations and every amenity you need in the kitchen. Easy check in and out. Great stay!

Anniversary trip to Nelson

We loved the house, especially being renovated in a beautiful contemporary style. It had a warm and cozy feel. Kitchen had a good setup for cooking meals while being part of family conversations. Location is great, easy walk to downtown. Hope to come back again one day.

Nelson BC

Lindsay and Adam were exceptional hosts. The space was immaculate and so thoughtfully and beautifully designed. Location was ideal and a quick walk to town or down to the waterfront. We were traveling with our toddler for the first time and were so pleased at how child-friendly the place was. Great communication and a lifetime of memories for our family! We hope to be back and appreciate the stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful heritage home in Nelson, BC. The property is finished to the nines and has every amenity you could possibly want. It truly feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook: fully stocked with not just the basics, but also thoughtful extras that make meal prep a joy. The stove is absolutely incredible, and the attention to detail throughout the home is second to none. The decorating is stunning, and the location couldn’t be better; just a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything is top notch: bedding, towels, furniture, and every detail has been carefully considered for comfort and style. We traveled as a group of six, and after busy days exploring, there was nothing better than curling up together in the spacious, comfortable living room for a movie night where everyone had the perfect spot to relax. This home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic cottage in Nelson

We'll, what can I say. We've been to Nelson several times before but this was our first VRBO. We usually stay in a hotel downtown. This cute cottage was amazing - it's even better than the photos. Every little detail has been thought through. The hosts were fantastic and we truly felt we were part of the community. Great Lake views off the back porch and a quick walk to everything downtown. Even the heated mudroom was great with multiple ski racks, salt for ice on the sidewalk and a shovel in case it snows. We highly recommend and will definitely return. Two huge thumbs up!!!
