Vacation 2022

The house was absolutely beautiful. We loved the layout of the house and enjoyed the hot tub. Weather didn’t permit us to get in the pool, but we enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. We will still at this house again very soon. Elevator was a hit for my family, we are now spoiled. The house is in a perfect location if you like to shop and eat out and just a short walk to the beach. I give the house a five star rating as well as Resort Realty. The manager Debbie was amazing. If the weather was better, we would of had no complaints at all!! The weather was horrible, high winds, cold and some of the roads were closed near Rodanthe due to ocean water flooding the roads. All in all, we made the best of it and enjoyed the gorgeous house and the beautiful views! God bless

Great Location

This was the first time we stayed at this house. It was a great location and the house layout was perfect. We expected the home to be cleaner especially in light of COVID. We went into the home and cleaned prior to unpacking, and found that a lot of places were missed. The ceiling fans had so much dust on them we didn't even want to turn them on. Lastly, our pool light did not work. We asked maintenance about it, but they essentially ignored us.
