Villa in closed park with trees 3000 m2 (plantations south adults), 6mx12m swimming pool with children's pool. 3 rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Bar, lounge (tv + fireplace), dining room. New kitchen (2013) equipped. Covered terrace with seating and fridge 60 m2. Wifi. Freezer, barbecue.

Fantastic Property

Pool is amazing, all bedrooms are huge double bedrooms, kitchen and living area perfect. Outside dining area simply amazing. Location is really good but you do need a car!

Stunning villa for family

Very clean villa, pool pure delight. Vinzenso was very helpful. Villa needs more pillows for sleeping and the fridge needs replacing. Kitchen was very well equipped and a delight to cook in. The A7 road was a nightmare to negotiate. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Great villa to stay with a fantastic outside porch and garden. The villa itself was very clean

We would definitely stay again the only criticism is they only have French tv channels and one of the bathrooms was very dated and needs updating like the other two bathrooms which are very modern and have great showers. As an extra and outside charcoal bbq and kitchen area would make this the perfect villa. Set in a lovely area well fenced off. Overall we had a great time. The swimming pool is big for a villa and also has a kids pool area.

Thank you for this appreciation. We make every effort to ensure that our tenants are satisfied. The renovation of the 3rd bathroom is planned in the future. However, we have tenants who appreciate the bathtub and the "Andalusian" side of this bathroom. There is a charcoal barbecue, available on request. Exceptional Property

Stunning villa that lived up to expectations for my family. We made good use of the pool and outdoor areas, including the barbecue. Vincente, the onsite property manager, explained everything well and advised on local businesses and facilities. My son and his wife and child, who flew in from Canada, were well impressed with the property.

Uma estadia fabulosa, mas que terminou mal

Apesar das condições da casa serem excelentes, de termos passado uns dias extremamente agradáveis, não terminou bem. Apesar da nossa insistência relativamente às condições de segurança, sempre fomos informados de nunca teria acontecido nada, mas infelizmente aconteceu. Fomos literalmente roubados, no penúltimo dia da estadia, por alguém que sabia exatamente o que queria e que deveria bem conhecer os passos que dávamos. Apesar de nos lamentarmos e ter comunicado ao proprietário, a resposta não foi a adequada, apesar da nossa insistência. Foi uma pena porque era um sitio a que se deveria dar cinco estrelas sem qualquer objeção!

Nous sommes ravis une nouvelle fois de l'appréciation d'un de nos vacanciers. Nous mettons en effet tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions, car les vacances , qui sont la récompense de travail, de sacrifice, d'attente d'une année parfois , doivent se passer au mieux et laisser le souvenir d'un séjour de détente sans soucis. Nos vacanciers sont à chaque fois entièrement satisfaits . Mr Carlos aurait donné une estimation de 5 étoiles, soit l'estimation habituelle , s'il n'y avait eu un vol en dehors de l'habitation fermée. Nous précisons que l'habitation est pourvue d'un système d'alarme , que l'enceinte de la propriété est entièrement clôturée, mais qu'il est évidemment impossible de parer à tout à l'extérieur du bâtiment . C'est d'ailleurs le premier fait de ce genre en 34 ans et que plus rien ne s'est produit depuis ... Nous sommes bien entendu peinés de ce fait , qui est heureusement un cas isolé . Notre soucis restera le bien-être de nos vacanciers. Philippe

Nous avons très agreablement surpris de la grandeur de toute les pieces de la maison. La maison est equipée d'élément haute gamme sur tous les équipements. La piscine et la terrasse sont les points forts de cette maison . Séjour magnifique en famille ,nous n'avons manquez de rien.

Amazing villa !

The villa was amazing , absolutely huge ! The outdoor terrace was used constantly by all of us and it was great to sit out there and relax ,cool down ,eat or have a few drinks!! We found the villa very clean and tidy , very well equipped kitchen and beautiful gardens , the pool and outdoor area were the main reasons we chose this villa and we were not disappointed, Vicente , who looks after the villa was very helpful and discreet .The local shops were ok and there were a few bars and restaurants within walking distance , We also hired a car to get about though .We would definitely go back to this villa but I would love it to have a table tennis table !!

Il ne manque rien

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette villa. l'accueil est parfait, nous remercions VICENTE pour sa discrétion et sa disponibilité. La propreté de l'habitation ainsi que sa fonctionnalité sont remarquables. PHILIPPE le propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions. La piscine est particulièrement vaste, les lits sont tous très confortables et la climatisation est très efficace et silencieuse. Nous avons apprécié d'être reçu avec de quoi préparer un petit déjeuner et quelques boissons fraiches. c'est une valeur sûre pour un séjour en famille, au calme avec un parfait confort et un parc luxuriant et sécurisé (portail automatique). un véhicule est indispensable pour les commerces et les visites.
