About this property

Room on houseboat unusual town center calm view impregnable

I propose to welcome you aboard my LIBERTÉ boat moored on the banks of the Saône near Perrache station, not far from the historic center of Vieux Lyon.
You will have an impregnable view on the hill of Sainte Foy Lyon, and you will be able to benefit from NATURE IN THE HEART OF THE CITY, in an atypical frame.

We offer breakfast optional for 6 € per person if you wish that you can take on one of the 3 terraces or indoors depending on the weather.

This room is located on a boat on which we live permanently and with which we sail (when we have no host).
From this location we have a magical and exceptional views view and a dream living environment that we want you to discover during this short stay.

We can also offer you an extra bed for a third person.

Access of travelers:
Access to living room and 3 terraces.
Rent Velov possible 2 steps to discover Lyon as well along the banks of the Saone and the Rhone, as in the streets of the city.
Possibility to take the Vaporetto (10 minutes from the boat) to cross LYON on the Saone, for the price of 4 € per person.

We like to share moments with our guests, to advise you also on places and restaurants not to be missed during your stay.

The area: In the heart of the new Confluence district, we are close to both the historic Saint John, Ainay well as Bellecour and in a very protected place.

Transport: You can park near the boat easily on the Rambaud quay.
We can offer access to the dock to unload your luggage and then to a part of the dock whose parking is free.

Accessible from the airport by taking the shuttle to the station of Part Dieu then Tram T1 until Suchet stop.

We ask our guests not to smoke inside the boat and respect the quiet of the place.

Agréable séjour

Pour un stage sur Lyon, j'ai opté pour une location original. La péniche est sympa et la chambre impeccable. Le seul point négatif, c'est que la chambre n'est pas fermé à clef mais je ne suis pas sûr car je n'ai pas pu trop discuter avec les propriétaires à cause de mon emploi du temps. Par contre il y a un parking sur le quai qui permet de venir en voiture en famille et d'utiliser les transport en commun lyonnais pour visiter la ville avec les conseils des propriétaires. Très bon contact, chaleureux et convivial. A bientôt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auf dem Boot. Für große Menschen sind die niedrigen Räume vielleicht ein bisschen unbequem - man kann sich ab und zu den Kopf stoßen. Aber ich bin klein, und fand alles perfekt. Das Frühstück an Deck, die zentrale Lage, Tipps der liebenswerten Gastgeber und die entspannte Atmosphäre - sehr inspirierend. Merci à Colette et Philippe!

Bonjour Philippe et Colette sont des hôtes charmants attentifs attentionnés et de bon conseils. Seul petit bémol il faut préciser que la péniche "liberte" est accostée en 2ème ligne et ne se voit pas du quai mais après les explications très précises de Philippe rien de plus simple.
