Thanks Julie for such a positive review. You and your family were wonderful guests. When you checked out, you left the property spotless! You are welcomed back anytime!
Roxane and Mark were very kind and helpful. This is a beautiful and well maintained property located in a quiet neighborhood. The cabin provided a great location and setting for our family vacation and it was fun to have two kayaks and canoe for the family to use.
House has everything you could need. Plenty of towels for several people, kitchen is set up like a normal kitchen, not a rental with only a few utinsels and pots. Lake view and sunsets and beautiful and the loons have no problem coming right up to your boat, letting you admire their beauty. Thank you for the great stay!
Beautiful cabin and great location on Lake Vermillion. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, had comfy beds and bedding, the kitchen was well equipped and had wonderful spaces to lounge and relax! Close to town and other things to do in the area. Roxane was a wonderful host and was super responsive to questions and provided tons of information on things to do in the area based on our interests. Highly recommend!!

Thanks Teresa for an amazing review. You and your family were such wonderful guests. We really appreciate how respectful you were of our property and how spotlessly clean you left our cabin upon checkout. Good luck with all your future adventures and you are welcomed back anytime!
Beautiful home, enjoyed the decoration and well stocked. Very comfortable and functional. The property is large and has a good size dock. Amazing view of the lake and sunsets.
Roxanne and Mark are great hosts. Good communication before and during the stay. It’s clear they care about the place and it shows in all aspects.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
This cabin was absolutely perfect! It had EVERYTHING we needed or could have asked for during our extended stay. This cabin does not feel like just a cabin but a cozy home. The hosts are VERY accommodating and are wonderful people who ensures check in is easy and goes smoothly for you. From the moment we booked this rental they were transparent and very helpful with not only their property but the surrounding area. I can not speak highly enough about our experience!
Our stay was wonderful. Communicating with the owners was easy and quick. They provided good directions and nice recommendations for local attractions.
We had perfect weather, so we spent a lot of time on the deck and on our boat. The boat landing is not far from the rental and it was easy to put our boat on and off the lake. The house had everything we needed.
Would stay again and would recommend to others!
This property was amazing and checked all of the boxes and more. The house is nicely tucked into the forest and still gave the best views I've ever seen of the lake not to mention the best sunsets!
Mark and Roxane couldn't have been more accommodating and really made us feel like we were home. They really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect and we really appreciated all of the details and personalization they provide. We had a great time swimming, fishing and spending time together. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!
Wow! We had an incredibly stay at this home. The cabin is lovely. The photos hardly did it justice. Also very well appointed. The location was also spectacular. The sunsets every night were stunning. Easy access to Tower and Ely. We benefitted from a light wind all week so there were virtually no bugs! Thanks to Roxane and Mark for making this very special property available. They were excellent hosts.
Thank you Mark & Roxane!
Cabin was exactly as described. Very comfortable and complete. Views from inside the cabin and out were amazing! We were fortunate to see the Perseus meteor shower on one of the first nights we were there from the deck. Started the stay off very special.
Kel really enjoyed catching all the sun out on the dock while I could be up on one of the decks getting a little shade.
Perfect location on the lake for taking the boat out for a meal or beverage.
My husband, son and I came up here for a week of fishing and getting away.
Our week was amazing! The house is beautiful. Everything that you would need is stocked in their kitchen. It is so clean and enough room for all many people. The views from both the decks gave us the most wonderful sunrise and sunsets. Also the fishing was great!
Roxane and Mark were the perfect hosts! Communication was great- questions were answered quickly, and the recommendations for restaurants, and things to do was perfect.
We highly recommend this beautiful home and the area surrounding it! Thank you
Had a wonderful week at the cabin! The view of the lake from almost every room was stunning. The cabin is stocked with everything you need to cook amazing dinners and cozy blankets, pillows, etc. made for great sleeping. Washing machine helped keep swimsuits and beach towels clean and dry for lakeside lounging.
We swam all week off the dock (about 6ft deep at the end) and used the kayaks to float around the islands. The kids liked exploring the rocky shore and having fires in the evening. They also loved sharing the loft room.
Great location close to a park with a sandy beach and only 20mins to Ely. Highly recommend staying here with amazing hosts Roxane and Mark!

Thanks Stacey for that wonderful review. You and your family are welcomed back anytime. Also, thank you for how well you left the cabin.
This house is in a wonderful location on Lake Vermilion! Close to state park, town, and a playground and beach area! It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the bedding was really nice. Hosts were super communicative and helpful. We would love to stay here again!
A beautiful property with vast lake views right on the waters edge. I do not believe sunsets can be any more enjoyable than the 8 I witnessed during my stay at this property. Caught walleye right off the dock with a slip bobber set at 6' with a hook and minnow, try night crawlers later in the year. Mark and Roxanne have been incredible to communicate with making everything personable and easy. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous with all the amenities you would not expect in the middle of nowhere. I am very much looking forward to staying at this property many times over the coming years.
Clean and cozy cabin in secluded area. Spend time relaxing by the lake, fishing, exploring, or shopping. Great quiet location that's also close to town. Hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this VRBO.
Our stay at this home was excellent. From the incredible views to terrific fishing, Roxanne and Mark thoroughly informed us about their property. We are highly recommending this property.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts Mark and Roxane took us around the lake in their pontoon on our arrival. The facility was clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that although the property advertised a sauna that usage was not approved.

Thanks for the positive review and glad you enjoyed your stay.
One of the photos on the website shows the kayaks (that renters can use) being located on the sauna deck, but the sauna is not available to renters. We apologize for any confusion.
What a great property! The cabin was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space inside or out on the decks. The owners were easy to work with and answered every question we had. The dock was new and worked very well for our 19ft boat. The cabin really had everything that we needed from kitchen supplies to washer/dryer to kayaks. The best part was the amazing view across Big Bay. Can’t wait to go back!!
This place is wonderful! Great people to deal with, nice décor, new dock, and very comfortable. If you want a place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends, then this is the place for you. Beautiful views of the lake and sunsets through the big windows. The property managers, Roxane and Mark, are wonderful and nice people. We highly recommend this property and will come back in the future!
