L’host è gentilissimo e disponibile. La pulizia è perfetta. L’appartamento è minuscolo e ci si sta in quattro con difficoltà e con veramente poca privacy, perché di fatto due persone devono dormire in cucina. Il bagno è adeguato, anche se non abbiamo provato la doccia. La zona (lungomare) è rumorosa, soprattutto la notte. Il prezzo è veramente alto. Molto bello il balconcino con la vista sul mare: un plus.

Alles super, der Strand direkt vor der Tür. Haus Besitzer ist sehr nett hat uns immer geholfen wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Was uns gestört tat die Schnellstraße zwischen Haus und Strand viele Autos sehr laut gewesen. Das stand in der Beschreibung von Haus

Colori splendidi dentro e fuori

La posizione dell'immobile e' senza dubbio fantastca per comita' e vista mozzafiato, ma anche gli interni non sono da meno , ben accessoriati, curati con gusto e qualità in ogni dettaglio. I colori scelti sono splendidi e richiamano il mare ovunque. Si respira una una buona aria e anche molta tranquillità, e non da ultimo, ci si sente protetti e ben accolti.

Een mooi appartement op een levendige locatie met fraai uitzicht op zee. De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Enig minpunt is het ontbreken van wifi.

Tolle Lage

Sehr schöne Strand-Wohnung direkt an der Straße gegenüber dem Strand. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den zwei Hunden. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls im Haus und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank an Romano (e tua Mama)

Sehr netter Vermieter mit vielen guten Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung. Der Vermieter war immer immer erreichbar, alles verlief sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Strand in Sichtweite und Restaurants und Geschäfte sind direkt ums Eck. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

die wohnung ist im 2. Stock ohne Lift. Eine kompakte,nette Wohnung mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer . Sonnenuntergang inkl. Kleiner Balkon. Jedoch ust die Strasse gleich davor, was wir nicht wussten. Mit kleinkinder nicht ideal! Aber sonst guter standort und gute wohnung.
