The apartment is on the 1st floor + attic of a chalet.
Ideally located on the Place de la Marmotte in the center of the village, next to the Bourgeoisie, the church and the bakery. It was completely renovated by an architect. (triple glazed windows, tilt-and-turn windows, insert, bio oil boiler, ...)
Very bright apartment on 2 levels with exceptional views of the Matterhorn and the Weisshorm.
Wifi connection is installed. NO SMOKING

Great location with all the amenities!

The chalet is situated across from the bakery in town. The grocery store and the funicular are short walks. It was surprisingly quiet at night! It is compact, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were 5 total - my husband, myself, and three grown kids. Although we were cooking and eating with family in another chalet up toward Chandolin, the kitchen seemed well stocked and there was a nice large dining room table. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay in St Luc

Spacious, updated, comfy place for 4 adults and 1 teen. We all had room to spread out yet communal space to come together. Stocked to cook family meals. Wonderful view of the mountains from the chalet. Centrally located in the old town within easy walk to grocery, slopes, restaurants. Well connected via public transit. We didn't have a car. Convenient ski room to deposit skis, snowboards, boots.For any Americans, FYI - sheets must be picked up and dropped off at the real estate agency. We arrived late in the day after the agency had closed so for a fee, the agency dropped off linens for us. Also, all garbage and recycling has to be deposited in the town's communal trash areas. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning since it differs from the States.

Traumaufenthalt in St. Luc

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Chalet Papa sehr genossen mit unserer Familie mit fĂŒnf Erwachsenen. Es ist ein sehr gemĂŒtliches Chalet , stilvoll eingerichtet mit schönem KĂŒchen - Ess- und Wohnbereich. Dabei hat man von ĂŒberall einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegenden 4000m Berge . Die SchlafrĂ€ume sind ebenfalls komfortabel und gemĂŒtlich . Moderne BĂ€der. Die Lage mitten im Ort ist perfekt fĂŒr alle Unternehmungen. Vermutlich wird es nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Chalet Papa sein.

Positive: chalet perfectly located. 300m away from the ski resort, directly in the middle of the old village. Cosy and functional. Little negative points: some clothes from previous rental found in the shelves, more dishes/knifes/spoons in the kitchen would be nice (for 7 people ;)

Mitten drin

Einfach toll, direkt am Dorfplatz gegenĂŒber der BĂ€ckerei. Nur ein paar Schritte zur Postautohaltestelle und zur Bergbahn. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Kochgeschirr und Besteck sind allerdings eher von der einfachen Sorte.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en famille dans ce chalet, et y avons invitĂ© des amis. C'est idĂ©alement situĂ©, tant pour le ski que pour la vie quotidienne. Le chalet a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien rĂ©novĂ©, l'intĂ©rieur est simple sans ĂȘtre anonyme, sobre mais convivial, trĂšs pratique, bien distribuĂ© et confortable. Avec en plus, la vue - par une belle baie vitrĂ©e - sur le clocher, l'Hotel Weisshorn et la vallĂ©e. J'y retourne dĂšs que possible! Florence

Vielen Dank fĂŒr das wunderbare Chalet. Wir haben die Ferienwoche sehr genossen, alles war prima! Der Balkon mit den LiegestĂŒhlen lĂ€dt zum geniessen der super Aussicht ein, der Wohnraum ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und schlicht, ich empfehle die Wohnung wĂ€rmstens weiter.

Schöne Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage. Alles vorhanden, lediglich eine Kaffeekanne fehlt. Das Val d Anniviets ist landschafzöich ausserordentlich schön.

Chalet im Dorfkern

Modern umgebautes, heimeliges und gemĂŒtliches Chalet mit herrlicher Aussicht . Die NĂ€he zum Dorfplatz brachte Ende Juli & Anfang August viele Festlichkeiten mit sich, leider auch am Wochenende DiscolĂ€rm bis 1 Uhr. Die Dreifachverglasung war recht schalldĂ€mpfend, was half. Die Szene vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
