The apartment, on the third floor and with an area of 51M2 is very well located near the swimming pool and between sea and forest. The area is close to shopping streets, restaurants and the casino, without being too hectic. The apartment can accommodate 4 people (4 fixed places) in good comfort and has all the amenities for a good holiday. If you like alternating beach and bike rides or jogging, the forest side gives you access to tens of kilometers of varied paths. The cellar is reserved for you to place your bikes without the risk of theft. The apartment was redone in 2016, in light colors to maintain the brightness of the seaside, and the equipment of the bedrooms, kitchen, living room is of high quality. Your children will appreciate the second TV located in their bedroom for a break. The kitchen is fully integrated and equipped.

Eine tolle Wohnung in der 3. Etage mit Blick auf Strand und Meer (kein Aufzug). Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter/Verwalterin war vor und bei Wohnungsübergabe sehr angenehm und problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce logement,qui a une vue imprenable sur l'océan .Logement récemment rénové avec goût et agréablement meublé et décoré,il est très clair .Nous avons apprécié le grand balcon qui est fermé avec une baie vitrée,ce qui permet d'y manger par tout les temps . Les pièces sont spacieuses, beaucoup de rangements Des places sont toujours disponibles sur le parking reservé à la résidence, à l arrière de l'immeuble . Présence également d une cave ,pratique pour y stocker le matériel de plage ,voire 1ou 2 vélos. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

L'appartement est propre, bien agencé, bien décoré, bien équipé, confortable. Il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue pour être à la plage, idéal avec de jeunes enfants. On peut se garer facilement en bas de l'immeuble. Je recommande !

Très bel appartement clair et lumineux. Belles prestations. Situé sur le front de mer dont on peut profiter depuis le balcon. Les chambres étant sur l'arrière sont très calmes ,et la literie est bonne. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Grand merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Excellent contact avec le propriétaire également. Que demander de plus? Revenir l'année prochaine...

Location impeccable, logement intelligemment pensé. Rien ne manquait par rapport à ce qui a été décrit. Néanmoins 1 ou 2 poêles (en plus des fait-tout et des casseroles) et quelques couvercles seraient utiles.

Idéal pour une famille de 4, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, c'est propre et décoré avec goût, il y a tout le nécessaire sur place, de plus la literie est parfaite, on se croirait chez soi ! La vue est magnifique et c'est un plaisir de juste traverser la route pour aller à la plage. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très sympathique. Nous avons été accueillis par une dame d'une gentillesse à toutes épreuves pour la remise des clés. Nous pouvons que conseiller cette location, pour notre part nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de nos prochaines vacances à St Jean.

Des vacances réussies !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Saint Jean avec une très belle vue sur l'océan tout en étant proche des commerces et des rues animées. Un très bon accueil et un appartement dont on rêverait d'avoir à l'avenir. Très propre, bien équipé, bien situé. Un seul bémol pour les moins sportifs ou les plus anciens : trois étages sans ascenseur. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir car à tout cela s'ajoute des propriétaires exemplaires : Encore un grand merci !
