About this property

If Fripp Island is your destination, then this is the house you will want to stay at. It is conveniently located a short stroll from the ocean and beach club, and is seconds away from the Marsh. It can easily accommodate large groups of people with spacious living areas. The house is newly renovated, and the kitchen is state of the art. The great room is an unbelievable space to entertain many and a view to die for. At the end of the day, you can even relax in the sauna located in the back ensuite! There is a shower to wash off the sand before going into the main part of the house. We include 4 amenity passes to use the facilities on Fripp with weekly rentals. Everyone over the age of 13 must have an amenity pass to use the amenities (pools, restaurants, etc.). Additional passes are available for an additional fee and must be paid for prior to your arrival. Summer rentals (June - August) are from Saturday to Saturday only. For holidays such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's rates and length of stay may be adjusted. Longer term rentals during the fall and winter will be considered. Myfamily and I had a great week and really enjoyed your house. My son-in- law enjoyed the sauna, the dumb waiter is great and ping pong was fun! Lived the big open great room and kitchen! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Pompano 2023

Great location on the island. The house had everything we needed for a great week. Lower level is a bit rustic but perfect for boys. Host was super responsive when there was a minor issue with a bathroom sink. All in all another 5 star week at Fripp Island - we hope to make it back soon.

Modern, clean, close to everything and exactly as described

The house was very roomy and well-equipped/ stocked. The space was great for our size group, 10. Rooms were good size. Main gathering area was spacious and a wonderful space to accommodate us all. We cooked every meal - no bumping into each other. Sonos speakers were a hit. The location was perfect... just private enough, yet close to everything. Hosts were accessible and very easy/ pleasant to work with.
